Actually works
Based on some of the reviews here I was a little skeptical of this tool, but I was tired of driving with a murky/slimy/grimy windshield that seemed impossible to clean using the traditional cloth-and-Windex method. I dreaded every time I attempted to clean my windshield, the contorted positions, the always-unreachable bottom of the windshield where it meets the dashboard, and the inevitable streaky result which made my wonder why I should even bother. I knew there were tools for this and I picked this one, because it seemed to be the least sucky of the bunch. Well, to cut a long story short, it worked in spades. It comes with 3 "socks", a microfiber (to wipe off after cleaning, I assume), a "rubbing" cloth (to clean), and a mesh thing (I don't know what for). The instructions say to spray cleaning fluid (I used some automotive glass cleaner akin to Windex) directly on the windshield and then rub it with the tool, but for my car (Subaru Outback with EyeSight) I can't spray anything directly on the windshield (Subaru fanbois know why) so I just equipped the rubbing sock on the tool (it's a little awkward stretching it so tightly to fit over the triangular head of the tool) and then sprayed liquid on the cloth. Then I went to work and, thanks to the shape of this tool, it reached easily into all the recesses and corners of the windshield. The thing also has a large surface so it covers a lot of area quickly. After a quick rubdown I switched to the microfiber cloth and wiped the glass dry. That was it. Once more I had an actual transparent windshield, as opposed to the translucent one I've been driving for the past few months, and it took me half the time as the "traditional" method. As for those claiming it breaks easily and/or it's flimsy, I don't see how. Granted, I only used it once, but even though it's all plastic, it's very solid and thick plastic, so I don't know how you managed to break it. Oh, and someone was complaining about the hinge. I think that's one of the best features. It allows the head to rotate in any position, to match the curvature of the window, not to mention that you can swipe both horizontally or vertically with ease.

An Indispensable and Unassuming Tool That Really Gets the Job Done!
Why did it take so long to find out about this product? This thing is now an absolute essential when I detail my rides. Cleaning the inside of a car windshield has always been a pain in the arm and shoulder ... until this unassuming tool came along. Attach the microfiber bonnet to the tool, spritz on your favorite window clearer, move the tool up and down the windshield from top to bottom and then from side-to-side and voila your glass is clean. No arm strain, no shoulder pain, just clean glass. It's also great for cleaning the inside of moon roof glass, the windows between a pickup cab and a pickup cover/shell, and for reaching the outside of a moon roof without using a stool or small ladder. It took me a long time to find this tool but it's now indispensable - I can't imagine ever having to clean car windshields the "old" way again. This may not look like much, but looks are deceiving because this thing really works, and works well. I highly recommend this, I DID buy it again and gave one to my daughter, and I rate it 5 Stars!

You HAVE to try this!
This is a wonderful product I discovered through a YouTube video. I drive a bus, for a living, and am responsible for keeping it clean. The windshield was always very difficult and awkward to clean. This tool has saved me so much time and frustration. I can’t believe how easy it is to now keep my windshield clean! What used to take me up to 10 minutes and substantial effort, now takes 2 minutes, tops, and very little effort. No more bending, stretching, or leaning on the horn, while trying to wipe with paper towels. I can stand on the landing or sit in the drivers seat and easily reach all of the glass. What’s even better is that I can use this on the side windows for fast and easy cleanup. I’m all about convenience and ease of use. This product fulfills both. I am recommending our company buy this for every vehicle in the fleet. I’m also getting one for my car. You HAVE to try this!

Outstanding. Finally cleaned the windows inside and out on my F150 in about 10 minutes. Wow!!!!
I saw one of those As seen on TV about Fuller Brush glass cleaner and read reviews on several web sites and decided it was like most "as seen on TV" is junk. I started looking here on Amazon and found this glass cleaner and bought it. The cleaner arrived today and I took it out and to clean the inside and outside of my F150 truck windows. I had some "Invisible Glass" cleaner in a spray in my garage and used it as directed on the inside and outside of the side windows and the windshield. Works like MAGIC!! I could not believe it. If you have ever tried to clean the inside of the windshield on a lFord F150 you know what a pain the in rear it is which is why most are always dirty. This tool works as advertised and delighted with the results. This is not some seen on TV junk it is the real McCoy. But it you will like it.

You've been cleaning your windshield wrong
Ever since I bought this, I've been kicking and asking myself why I waited to long. Cleaning the inside of the windshield is not an easy task. Unless you have the grace and bendiness of a gymnast, it's damn near impossible to thoroughly clean the inside of the windshield without hurting yourself. You know that feeling you get when you take off your eyeglasses, clean them, then put them back on? I get the same feeling after I finish cleaning my windshield now. I didn't know it was possible to get my windshield this clean again. No more forcing my children to clean the windshield for me--no more crying, screaming, and whining. And I don't understand why my children cry when I make them clean the windshield because both of them are in gymnastics--that makes them the most qualified people to do this job. But seriously, this thing is awesome. It's 100x easier to clean the windshield now. While you can use Windex and other glass cleaners, I've found that Invisible Glass (in the spray can) works the best. It truly leaves the glass streak-free. And now I no longer look like I'm humping my car when cleaning the windshield, which means I'm allowed to go to the car wash place down the street from me again.

works great!!
I bought this for my dad after he seemedto admire mine. His windshield had this film that he couldn't seem to get clean, and it made it extremely difficult to see at night. I used mine (with Windex with vinegar) and his windows were perfectly clear!!! Like the large pad and sturdy handle. So much better than other brand I have tried

A lot less pain than cleaning the windshield the old way.
Tried it out pretty much as soon as UPS delivered it. I had previously "cleaned" my interior windshield a week or so prior and thought I had done pretty good - until I drove into sunlight. Oh the streaks were horrid! From what I can tell after using this tool my previous streaks are gone and the interior of the windshield looks pretty good. Cleaning the inside windshield with this tool is soooooooooooo much easier than contorting myself in the front seats and working my arms at angles they are not meant to be worked. Actually looking forward to the next time I need to clean my windshield.

This one really works, use the smooth pad
This one actually works! Tried the green/black as seen on TV version of this, which didn't help at all. We drive into the sun both ways commuting. Keeping the windows clean reduces annoyance and makes a huge difference for safety. The smooth attachment on this gets all the smudges and streaks out, leaving a clean and clear windshield. We don't use windex or water, just the smooth pad. We keep the outsides clean and use aquapel. We haven't used this on the outside windows because we don't want it to get too dirty to clean the inside windshield effectively. The bottom cap does allow for a pole attachment. It's super sturdy and allows you to put pressure on the swiveling head and get even the most stubborn sticky streaks. The shape allows you to get into the corners and into the seam between the windshield and dashboard.

Awesome product!
I was skeptical when I saw this set. "Streak Free". Yeah, right? I'm happy to report this kit works as advertised. First, the Invisible Glass cleaner is fantastic. After cleaning a few windows with the applicator, the head becomes a bit saturated so by the time you get to the last window or two its completely wet. That's not a problem. I watched as it dried and it dried streak free. Most glass cleaners don't get the window completely clean on the first attempt. This on does. Second, the applicator and the cleaning cloths are made very well. The applicator is heavy duty and the cleaning heads/cloths do a great job. This product was very easy to use, especially in areas that only a contortionist can reach. I'll be buying a couple of these for Christmas gifts. It will be the kind of gift that the receiver really won't appreciate until they use it.

My Only Complaint is that it's Addictive
I bought this intending to store it at my house, maybe in the garage. Instead, it lives in the backseat of my car, always within reaching distance. I've got a new car, and I've become addicted to keeping the windows totally clean. Something about the off-gassing from new plastic and insulation causes interior windows to build up a fog or haze. I regularly use a spray and paper towels on the outside, but most of the time a quick wipe with this tool keeps the inside of the glass totally clean and free of haze or fog. I've also found myself quickly whipping this out at stoplights on cold mornings and wiping the entire interior windshield within seconds. All while seated and with my seatbelt still on. It's just a great little tool for fast cleaning. HIghly recommended for your car care arsenal.
