The Kars Nut Co. really 'hit-one-outta-da-park' when they came up with this Sweet 'N Spicy mix! As one reviewer put it, it's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, and I'd add salty, as well. Each packet delivers 280 calories, 150 from fat. At first glance, this may seem a bit high, but it's important to note that there is no trans fat and only three grams of saturated per 1.75 oz. serving. As for fiber, sugar, and protein grams, you receive four, twelve, and seven, respectively. You could conceivably refer to this product as a health food. This stuff has already earned a secure place on my snackin' favs-list.

I really do love this nut mix. The sweet and salty combo is perfect. I first tried these from a vending machine and liked them so much that I ordered this huge box from Amazon because I couldn't find them in any stores. (Now I'm getting tired of them! Ha!) Still, they are a great product, but keep in mind, they are on the sweeter side. Also, they contain partially hydrogenated oils (for those of you that care).

Kar's Nuts Yogurt Apple Nut Mix

This nut mix is DELICIOUS!!! I had an option of purchasing a variety box, but the yogurt apple is my FAVORITE! Others love this nut mix as well! It's VERY tasty with a sweet and salty melody. I know that I will be ordering more in the near future.

I discovered these awesome treats at work and I’ve been obsessed since. It taste greats and keeps my mind off food food. Shipping was beyond fast. Box came in great shape. Haven’t made it to the bottom of the box yet but everything looks fine and instant. I can’t wait to finish it and order more 😂
