Exactly what I needed to turn my desk from dark brown to light grey. Worked much better than the Behr woodstain I wasted money on, that's for sure! Took about an hour to paint, and dried very quickly (left it on the patio for a few hours, just to be safe though). Definitely using this for any future painting projects, including my chest of drawers! I'll finally have matching furniture, yeay! Thanks, Applebarrel!

Used this paint for a small touch up project in my retail store. It covered well and dried fast. A little goes a long way! I accidentally got paint on 2 shirts and it came off with just water and alcohol The brushes and my hands were easy to clean, too! I'll buy more of this paint in the future, especially if it proves to be durable over time.

I bought these Apple Barrel Acrylics in several colors for my students to try an acrylic pour project. Happily they worked perfectly with little need for thinning. The pour was a great success, the art work was beautiful.

I bought a bottle of white acrylic paint to paint two large sheets of 4'x2' corkboard for an art project. The paint is not watery, applies easily, and spreads over a large surface. I have plenty of paint left over despite applying multiple layers to the corkboard. The paint also dries very fast, I was painting new layers after only about a 1.5 hour wait (granted, I'm impatient). The coats turned out very nicely and the paint can definitely be used for many purposes.

So, one thing to know about this paint is that it's pretty opaque, but thin. I needed lots of white paint to really build up on a painting, and even after like 10 layers, it wasn't really doing that. I don't think that's a problem with the paint; I ultimately just needed to get a thicker paint. This thinner paint is great for pouring applications, and generally good for covering ground, but it's not thick enough to really build on. If you use a lot of it, it will spread out, rather than remain as a pile, which is fine if that's what you want it to do!

Rich, dark black paint with creamy consistency. When adding to other acrylic paints it produces a deep tone version of the color added to. Glad to find it in the 16 once size. https://www.amazon.com/Apple-Barrel-Acrylic-Assorted-21148/dp/B0018NBUU2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1508025618&sr=8-3&keywords=apple+barrel+acrylic+paint+black

Awesome price for this paint! I use these paints for my new hobby, acrylic pour painting, and this makes it extra affordable. Lots of pretty colors and at this price, I picked up quite a few. I’ve used the smaller 2oz bottles before and been very happy with the paint quality. Looking forward to trying them all out.

Apple Barrel Acrylic paint is my favorite paint to use out of all the others I've tried. I actually even let my kids use it, supervised and in the right clothes. It very easily washes off all surfaces we've gotten it on except fabrics of course. It makes such beautiful paintings, I use it on canvas at least once a month but usually more often. The price is great so I don't feel guilty for buying so much of it all the time. The colors are easy to mix together and the colors you can buy are so vibrant and beautiful. Purchasing it online went well, it came packaged properly and arrived very quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more from Apple Barrel soon!

I ordered this because I was in the middle of a project and ran out of black paint. I always run out of black paint first. So... I got the larger size. 16 fl oz. :) It arrived sealed. No leaks, no damage. it's a flat black, so once it's dry it is not shiny. A couple other reviewer mentioned it was a blue black so I was worried at first because I was technically changing color mid project. The black I was using was #20504 Black. The one I ordered was #21148 Black. One would think that shouldn't make a difference but those numbers can mean big differences in color or undertones. I test painted them side by side. And looked under multiple types of light. ... no noticeable difference. Awesome!!!!!! The paint I received is not a blue black at all. It's a warm black. There are warm undertones to it. I prefer warm black. Unless my project calls for a cool black. I like the wide mouth opening as it makes it easy to just dip my paint brushes in while working. When I want to refill the little black paint bottle (more portable) I make a funnel out of paper so I can refill it. This is craft paint. So it's not the same consistency as tube paint. Tube paint is much thicker. If you squeeze a thick blob onto a pallet it will stay a thick blob. for the most part holding the shape. Craft paint is thinner. If you pour craft paint onto a pallet it will run and level out. It's consistency is more like shampoo or house paint. Love it and will order again when I run out.

I used this paint for a craft project for school. It worked great & was a great value!! The only thing I didn’t like is that because of the bottle size, it pours out really quickly! I included pics to show what it looks like on cardboard & light colored wood. I would definitely buy again!
