Great product...Quality construction...Easy to install...Works great...Highly recommended
The covers only took a few minutes to install. Getting the springs hooked over the existing grill can be a little tricky, but after bending the spring's hook so the tool didn't slip over to the out edge, they clipped right in. Inserting the tool through the center of the spring also helps. Although the spring secures the covers fine, I'm going to use a little bit of "high temp silicon" to seal the edges of the screen to my intake/exhaust plate. as my plate is not completely flat. Given all of the trouble and expense that nesting bugs can cause, these covers should come standard with the equipment! Important: Individual covers for intake and exhaust (this product) are much better than one larger screen that covers both together, as there is less chance of recycling the exhaust back into the intake.

Easy & Effective
After finding 4 inches of wasp nest inside the exhaust pipe of my furnace last year, I found it necessary to find a Mud Dauber screen. This particular brand was good quality and affordable. Also, it is versatile to numerous models of RV furnaces. The directions were really straightforward and the included tool was really handy. Does exactly what its suppose to do: keep the bugs out!

Works great in conjunction with other Camco covers to keep out carpenter ants
We had a MAJOR carpenter ant infestation in our 2016 Forest River Rockwood Ultra-Lite TT 2706WS. I bought a Camco 42145 Flying Insect Screen - Model WH 500 for the water heater, Camco 42149 Flying Insect Screen - RS 600 - 3 Pack to cover the lower refrigerator vents, and Camco 42141 Flying Insect Screen - FUR 200 - 2 Pack to cover the heater vents, and that kept the ants from coming back after spraying, pulling the refrigerator and vacuuming out the piles of dead ants, etc.

Essential product for every RVer!
These are one of the first things I do to a travel trailer after purchasing a new one. I have seen many RV furnaces clogged and filled with mud dauber nests, particularly in the spring when they are looking for a place to call home. Not only does this make your furnace inefficient, it is extremely dangerous, as the heat can cause the nests to catch fire, burning down your home away from. To install them, mount the included springs to the screen, and place the slotted tool through a hole in the screen, and stretch the spring around one of the metal bars on the furnace vent. Takes no more than a minute or two to install and protect your RV furnace from uninvited guests. One note, these only fit Suburban and Duo-Therm furnace vents. If you have an Atwood furnace, you will need a different screen, which is also available right here on Amazon. Double-check your furnace manufacturer to make sure which you have before ordering.

Esy Install - Money Saver!
Easy installation! Having had a mud dauber plug the exhaust of our RV's furnace and paid about $150 to have it repaired, this was a cheap investment in preventing future problems. The trick to installing it was to insert the tool through the cover and through the center of the spring, which leaves the "hook" part of the spring free to be placed behind the cross piece on the furnace exhaust port. Took about 30 seconds to install. Wish I had purchased this before the mud dauber incident.

Keeps the bugs out, works great! Install was mildly annoying- getting everything in the right place is hard because the springs are tiny. A few times I thought I had it and the spring popped off, but once installed they have stayed put. A minor annoyance during install is worth the piece of mind to know that mud wasps aren’t clogging your furnace outlet.

Easy to install
They are little domed screens and do what they are suppose to do. Installation was very easy, took about 2 minutes. Package came with an installation tool which makes the process very easy. I didn't have a current problem with insects, but figured a couple dollars today saves hours of aggravation later.

Love it see Tip provided.
They went on fine and was easy with the provided tool. And all metal. Great! TIP: When using the tool push the spring to attach from the bottom of the hook not the top. If you use the top to attach it will just bend and be difficult to attach.

Works as advertized!
Do not park anywhere without these. They work. I had them on my two trailers and I now put them on my motorhome. We live in a rural area surrounded by farms and parks: wasp country. You need them in a place like this!

No more mud dauber nests.
Fit great and covered the holes in the furnace of my travel trailer. The item was easy to install and the only downfall would be if the spring was to fail that holds it on. They are very small springs, but I had the same thing on an older motorhome I had and it lasted 4 years and still going, so this one should last just as long and by looking at the old one, it still has years left before it would fail, so no deduction and it is a simple design that works.
