I ordered this in a state of desperation, after suffering a horrible friction blister during physical therapy. Being a life long type 1 diabetic, nurses were coming three times a week to check and dress that evil wound, which I was truly frightened by. Every nurse who saw this Skintegrity, picked it up and used it, rather then the wound washe they had come with, which says a lot. I credit both this cleanser and the silver infused pads used on me, and now other people in my household are also using this, with excellent results. If you have a cat who tends to bite and scratch, you need to have this somewhere in reach. What is better than healing a little irritation before it becomes a big concern?

Works Awesome

This product works very well on sores. I am diabetic so sores take forever to heal on me but not with this stuff. I sprayed some on every 6 hours keeping the sore clean and the sore was healed in a couple of days.

Good for more than cleaning wounds

This product is really good at removing dead skin on my feet. Just let soak in then wipe or scrape dead skin off. Cleans wounds very nice

Expensive but Good

Very expensive wound wash, but a necessary item. Unfortunately, it seems all wound washes are expensive, which I find ridiculous. This does a good job and feels good on my dad’s legs when we use it. Due to cost and necessity for numerous other wound care products, we use this only when my father doesn’t feel like doing a soap and water wash. It is a good wound care item to have on hand though.

I love this product. Forceful spray, great wound cleaning product pre-suture or bandaging. Great for releasing dried on gauze when re-dressing wounds.

Great product great price

I gotta say this stuff is great for healing too! I got a “rope burn” from my dogs leash when she saw a neighbor she likes! It tore the skin right at the first joint so it was hard to heal as I had to keep bending it. So I ordered this and sprayed it 2 or 3 times a day and it healed in 3 days! Will keep it on hand for sure. Cuts and scrapes.

Amazing wound cleanser

Truly the best wound cleanser available. I worked as a home care nurse and we always used this on patient wounds. Now, I have a surgical wound that I needed to keep clean and immediately knew to use this. This product has effectively cleaned my wound while promoting healing. Amazing product.

Great product & quickly administered daily

Wound cleaner works well. I had a bad cut that requires stitches for 2 weeks. Medical staff suggested to clean with a "wound cleanser". Check local place nothing in a spray form. Amazon had a couple of selections...I ordered and it arrived early within 48 hours. I just sprayed on twice a day then air dried and re-bandage. No infections with my deep cut. Stitches removed and just finishing the healing process. I WOULD HIGHLY suggest this product for a good wound cleaner!
