4B Natural Holy Grail
This happens to be the only brand of almond oil that I use. NOW Foods is my recommended brand for most carrier oils. Never have I received a rancid batch from this seller and I’m always confident about my purchase. Their oils have a fresh nutty scent to them and I use this particular one on my hair, body but never on my face. I’d recommend jojoba oil for daily facial use instead. I pour 1 to 2 tbsp of almond oil into all my concoctions as a key ingredient. I credit almond oil tremendously for the moisture retention throughout my entire head of hair. #4BHairSecret: For added benefits, I mix almond oil with shea butter and massage it through my tresses every 2-3 days. In caring for my hair, my nails also get nourished in the process. My nails appear to be at their healthiest and strongest since starting this regimen. I recommend this product to all naturals and those who suffer from dry skin. Bonus Tip: Store your carrier oils in the fridge at (41-51 °F or 5-10 °C) for a longer shelf life. Remove it out the fridge 24hrs before use.

LOVE this oil!
This sweet almond oil is wonderful! After I found it I stopped using any of the make-up remover lotions or gels. This oil is irreplaceable when it comes to remove any make-up (mascara and foundation): all you need to do is to wet a cotton pad in warm water and put a few drops of oil on the wet pad, and then you clean your face. Also, it is great to use instead of face or body lotions. I often mix this oil with a little bit of a tanning body lotion - works even better than tanning lotion alone. Also, this oil is great as a hair mask. It's just a great, natural, healthy product to use!

Best moisturizer ever !
Just got back from a trip to Mexico and I would always peel. Started using this almond oil on day one after my shower and haven’t peeled yet. I HATE anything greasy but this soaks in my skin so fast, after 5 min it just feels soft. I use it daily on my face and it has actually cleared up my skin. A 16 oz bottle lasts me almost a year. I threw out all my chemical filled lotions any only use this. If I can’t pronounce the ingredients, it doesn’t go on my body.

Great Sweet Almond Oil
First, it should be noted I looked high and low for the best Sweet Almond Oil. Since I fully trust the Now Solutions company with any of their products, I chose them for this particular type of oil for the skin. I love it. I did inquire about the CA Prop 65 Warning on this item, and received a short answer that neglected to explain what I've found at websites like WebMD and other reputable sites talking about the origin for the CA Prop 65 warning. I found nothing relating to any harmful or potentially harmful chemical contained in the oil or in its processing. It is stated on their label it is Hexane-free, expeller pressed. You can't get much better than that. And when visiting the Environmental Working Group site in search of "Sweet Almond Oil", there is no mention of any hazards associated with its usage. It should be known that the State of California has not done their own research within each product, the warning seems to be a generic statement in finding any type of chemical, whether that chemical be so small, and would have to be multiplied by 100K to count as potentially toxic. Plus I do believe the expeller process from the almonds would eliminate the chemical they state as being present prior to making the oil. I did find another site geared toward direct connection to a specific chemical found in almonds in raw or roast form whereby a natural chemical is released that has been stated as being a toxin. In studies it was noted this chemical would have to be multiplied by hundreds of thousands in order to possibly cause harm to humans. Percentages so small it's almost embarrassing to document. Now Solutions Sweet Almond Oil is the best. And I fully trust this company to produce high quality and healthy products. The CA Prop 65 Warning, in my opinion, should be revamped and consider performing better and more thorough studies in order to give the consumer more confidence in the purchasing arena, thus being a huge benefit to all concerned on both sides of the fence.

Perfection!
The best oil for dry skin! I've been using this on my face and neck for about a year now and I'm extremely pleased. My complexion has never been better. I've recently started using it on my entire body including hair. So far, great! I recommend. There's no scent, which I prefer. No more face creams, this oil really is all I need.

Replaced my face lotions
Well, I have to say that all the positive reviews about this Almond sweet oil, is right. I try to use products on myself and my three daughters, that does not contain ingredients that are from another planet. Pure, natural and clean. I use this as a lotion for all over my body. I would have to say that using this during the dry winter months, is crucial. I can see me using this in the summer months, but more so for winter. It does go on feeling greasy at first, but as you rub it in, that greasy feeling diminishes. My husband can't stand that feeling with other lotions, but this stuff,he loves. I have also stopped using any other face lotions, and replaced it with this. Put it on before bed, and slather it on my hands or feet, if dry. Place gloves or soft, fluffy socks on my feet, and the next morning I feel like I went to the spa.this is a large bottle. It will last me for problem a year or more. I'll give an update after about a month of use.

Nice to add to a hot bath
The idea of adding oil to my bath after reading about how Whitney Houston used to put olive oil into her bath to keep her skin moist. I tried it with NOW Sweet Almond Oil and was happy with the results. This is not something I recommend for daily use for someone with normal to oily skin, because it'll just make your skin oily her and may cause pore clogging. I do, however, recommend it for when you're in the mood to take a longer bath and have an at-home spa-like experience. I put just a squirt of the oil into my hot bath and the droplets hovered on the surface of the water. This concerned me because I thought that it seemed like a waste of the oil -- as it doesn't lather like soap and therefore might no actually provide me any benefit. This wasn't the case. The oil did find its way to my skin and provided a nice level of moisture. After getting out of the bath, I could feel the nice supple feeling of the oil on my skin -- which I think helps keep moisture in while drying from a hot bath. The only drawback I see is that the oils can stick to the side of the bath tub when used in this manner. It's no bigger if you clean it after each use, but I can see it quickly building up over time if you don't clean it regularly.

LOVE this for MOISTURIZING my face, hands & body!
I’ve used this particular Almond Oil for a few years & am delighted with it. I enjoy slathering it over my wet skin after a shower. Then, I pat dry when I leave the shower itself. Applying while somewhat wet should hold more moisture in one’s skin. (If one prefers towel-drying first, it remains easily applicable & glides on over your skin.). My skin feels lusciously moist & soft for at LEAST 24 hrs. I also use it as a facial & hand moisturizer during the day. My grown children have even venturedto take I it for a test drive; both want more for their stockings at C’mas. As the expression once implied, “if Mikey likes it then it’s good enough!” Almond Oil is a healthy, natural, oil. It’s non-comedogenic & sensitivity-free plus there are the health benefits of using it. Try it from this company, you won’t be sorry I promise. The main reason I use it daily is: 1.) It glides easily onto your skin & taking only seconds to moisturize your entire body. 2.) It NEVER leaves your skin feeling OILY, instead my skin feels extremely soft & moist! I’m so glad I tested my theory about using this in the shower to hold in moisture instead of using creams (taking far too much time to apply, and then vanishing), because no longer would I voluntarily go without it. I haven’t wanted to try other brands of Almond Oil because this company makes, what I enjoy about it, to perfection!

This is amazing!
So I found a cure for my acne finally!!!! I’ve been really depressed and bummed about my skin lately since it’s been getting soo bad that I couldn’t stand looking at my face. I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed me meds and I hated how my face was peeling and my eyelids felt like they were always irritated so I figured I’d give this a try to give my face a more comfortable and moisturized feel. I am sooo gladI did!! Ok so this would be the 6th day of my use of this oil ONLY at night! I use this with a gentle turmeric soap in the morning and use ACV as a toner (smells but works) and moisturize in the morning with Cerave then in the evening I use the oil on my dry face and rub/massage into my face for a good 2-4 mins then I put medium heat of water on a face towel and apply to my face to allow the oils seep deep inside my face to open my pores and all tht good stuff for about 60 sec. I gently wipe off and apply a small amount of my face for moisture instead of any other moisturizer. I hope it can help you as much as it’s helped me!

At first I didn't think I would like it because it's much thicker
I've used Neutrogena's oil for well over a decade and was hesitant to switch. But I wanted to be healthier and thought maybe this product would have less chemicals. At first I didn't think I would like it because it's much thicker. However, I found it to be much better than what I was using before as it lasts much longer and deeply hydrates. Normally by the end of the day my skin would be dry with Nuet. But I find this making my skin smooth and not too oily even a day later. I don't love the smell of almond's, but luckily is extremely faint.
