Want Your Plants to Go Crazy??
If you answered yes to this question, then forget Bedlam. Buy these food spikes instead!! I have 5 pothos and 1 philodendron and they have each gone mad since I started using these. I love that the spikes are easy to plant, and the time between feedings is so long (90 days). You'll be surprised at how long these will last!! Trust me: you can grow your mad houseplants with confidence!!

Works wonders
The plant food seems to help with growth and general health of my indoor plants. Update: the plant food transformed a plant rescued from trash to a beautiful green thriving...thing (don't know what it's called) after a few months. Very happy with this product.

Great for Lazy Gardeners like Me! Never forget to Feed your Plants!
I have probably 25 houseplants so this package of fertilizer spikes is perfect. Most larger plants get 2 in each pot, the smaller ones get 1 broken in half in two locations in their pots which is easy to do. They are sturdy enough to shove into the dirt, but soft enough to break them if needed. I love that I don't have to worry about adding liquid fertilizer to my watering can every week or two. Great for us lazy gardeners! haha Pros: Easy to Use, enough for 10-30 houseplants, depending on size of plant. Comes in various package sizes for your needs. Cons: Can't think of any! I paid full price for these and will buy again! I review many of the products we buy online. I only rate items 5 stars if I would pay full price for it. I do give 1 star (since you can't give 0) to items which are so bad that I return for a refund, throw away or wouldn't want even if free. I try to mention all the pros and cons of products, because I check reviews often for the hundreds of items I buy online. I have no affiliation with this company or any company for products I review, and my reviews are always totally my own. I hope my time spent reviewing this item helps others in making their purchase decisions.

**UPDATE - 4/20/16** -- "Plant Steroid Sticks"
I swear by these plant food spikes!!! The package says they are for indoor plants, but I actually use them for all of my outdoor plants, especially my herbs. I first tried these after planting some basil and other herbs that seemed to be taking an eternity to grow. I went to a local home improvement store and searched the garden center for plant food but many of them were priced much higher than I was willing to spend until I found these spikes. I figured I'd give them a try since they were so inexpensive and wow!!!!! Within just a few days, my plants had grown more than double what they had grown in the previous several weeks!! One of my friends (who also enjoys gardening) came over to my house and was in awe of how big and healthy all of my herbs were. When I told her about these spikes, she went straight from my house to purchase some and had the exact same growth results. I now keep at least one extra pack of these on hand stored in a ziplock bag to protect from any water/weather damage, and I add new spikes about once every 6-8wks to my plants. I now use these "plant steroid sticks" (as my boyfriends refers to them as) in all of my plants -- they worked great in my tomato plants this summer, too! These spikes are a must for anyone wanted big, beautiful healthy plants!!! **UPDATE - 4/20/16** I am still using these spikes and LOVING them! I wanted to post a picture showing exactly how incredible these spikes are. On Monday (4/18), I took a picture of some mint to show my boyfriend that had somehow managed to stay alive through the entire Erie, PA winter in our garage (with no light, water, care, etc -- just sat in the planter), because I couldn't believe that they were still alive. I was really excited and added a few new spikes to the planter hoping that the little buds would eventually keep growing around the new mint plant (which is in the center of the planter in the picture). The NEXT DAY (4/19), I went back outside to continue working on the beginnings of this season's garden and was COMPLETELY SHOCKED at how much the little buds had grown in less than 24hrs. I still had the picture on my phone from Monday, so I took a second picture to show a side-by-side comparison. :) :) :)

3 of them were marked down because they were looking pretty puny but since I tend to kill them anyways ...
I always kill my plants but I decided to try again. I just bought 5 houseplants, 3 of them were marked down because they were looking pretty puny but since I tend to kill them anyways I figured I would give them a try and save some money. I put one of these spikes in each pla t and they all looked so much healthier and happier after just a couple days. I also added one spike to the only houseplant that I've had for years without killing (I was beginning to think it was artificial) the leaves looked healthier almost immediately. I'm very happy with this product and it was a great price.

Simple, convenient way to help nourish your indoor plants!
I love that the Miracle-Gro Indoor Plant Food packaging comes with so many spikes (48 as indicated in description and on packaging). During summer and spring months, they recommend using once every 30 days, during winter and fall months, they recommend using once every 60 days. Depending on how many plants you're looking to feed, this one package can certainly last a while! USAGE: It's really easy to use these spikes - you water the plants until the soil is moist and then use the included plastic stake in order to push the food into the pot. It's great for a variety of sizes of indoor plants simple to use. RESULTS: We've only had this in the soil for a few weeks, but I can see a noticeable difference in the color of our plants. They've taken a bit of a downturn during the winter months and these Plant Food Spikes seem to have brought back some of the color and I think it will help these to thrive year round. ***Best of all -- if you try it and don't like it, the manufacturer offers a 6-month satisfaction guarantee!*** RECOMMENDATION: Yes, I would recommend the purchase and use of these. For the price, this is an awesome deal to help add a little extra "love" to your plants!

This is what my plants needed!
These came earlier than expected. It’s been a week since I’ve put them in my plants. I have seen a noticeable growth already with a handful of my plants. I am hoping they will help my Bromalaid pups grow, they’re on the verge of dying. My English ivy and Pothos in soil and Pothos in water are thriving! It’s even helped my tri-colored oyster plant grow significantly.

I am very happy with this product
I have several houseplants that had stopped flowering, so I put a few of these spikes in the pot (there are directions on the back of package for quantity), and approximately a month after using these spikes, my peace lily had three flowers on it, and my African violets plants all got several blooms on them! This worked wonders for my plants that don't flower also! I noticed that my ivy and cactus plants started growing faster, and they became more green and healthy looking. I am very happy with this product, and I will buy it again.

This product is the secret to healthy vibrant plants.
These are the best supplements for your plants. The plant pictured was dying and had lost most of its leaves. I didn't want to re-pot it because the plant had already grown from this tiny little six-inch countertop plant to the monster you see in the picture. But I didn't want it to die either. Buying the miracle grow indoor plant feeder sticks was a last ditch effort to save this guy and it worked! The fertilizer sticks are easy to use, you just push them into the soil and water. Your plants will flourish once you start feeding them these little guys. I highly recommend this product for happy healthy plants and for plant owners that don't want to re-pot!

A quick, easy turn to
For those wondering if there's a difference between the Miracle-Gro houseplant fertilizer mini-spikes and the Jobe's, there is: MG = 6% nitrogen and 12% phosphate Jobe's = 13% nitrogen and 4% phosphate Both contain the same 5 to 6% potash. I keep one container of each brand, since some plants do have high nitrogen needs, while others do not. Too much nitrogen and plants can burn, too little and leaves turn yellow with weak stems. All plants also need phosphate to make roots deep and strong. The just right Goldilocks fertilization/environment will keep a plant healthy, green and lush. Push in the fertilizer spikes at the edge of the pot and NOT in the center of the plant, as that'll do more harm than good. Wherever I've lived over the years since college, my home has always been filled with a wide variety of houseplants. Once you get the right spot, with the right watering schedule and sunlight, most plants rocks along just fine and only require some occasional feeding. Still, I'm enormously lazy about mixing fertilizer crystal solution with water. So, over the years I've turned to these. They do the trick just as well as the messy water soluble solutions.
