This clutch fit my 2008 Honda Civic Si with no problem. The issue we had was not the clutch or the part. The issue was the fact that after we tackled the install in my driveway, which took 24 hours in sections, was that when we were putting it back together, we did not insert the driver side cv axle all the way. This caused the splines to rip off the axle thankfully and not the trans. BE SURE TO MAKE DAMN SURE THE AXLES ARE COMPLETELY SEATED upon reassembly. This caused us to not be sure what happened and thought we installed something incorrectly and we tore it all apart again because the car would not move after a horrendous grinding sound. Only to find that THAT was the issue. (facepalm) This install is not for the weak or inattentive. Luckily I had a mechanic help me! Otherwise the cost was going to be 1300.00 and that is just stupid. Check out YouTube to find a how to video. There are a couple on there and that was what we used. I'm going to be honest, this was not fun. Mostly because we didn't know what the heck we were doing! This is dangerous install so PLEASE USE jacks, jackstands etc. We ended up using 2 jacks, and 4 jack stands. Change your trans fluid while it's out, it's much easier! Good luck know it is recommended to also replace the flywheel while you're there! If you don't then you will end up doing it again because of slippage.

Works and fit like it should. I installed this clutch on my 2008 Civic Si Coupe (2door) and I haven't had any issues at all. Feels really light during the break in period, but now that it's broken in it feels like a new car! Very easy to drive as a daily, but it can grip and accelerate like a performance clutch when needed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clutch for your daily driving civic Si coupe.

This isn't just an OE replacement, It's identical right down to the winged shield logo with the DK stamped into the pressure plate. The only thing missing from the new part was the Honda part number stamped on the original. The parent company, Dakin, supplies the Japanese manufactures so this is the perfect replacement for the original clutch in my 02 RSX Type-S. I've got almost 1000 miles on the clutch with absolutely ZERO problems. No chatter, no grabbing, no nothing. It's exactly as the car was when I picked it up at the dealer in August of 2001. After five years and 30,000 miles, it's still working great.

Needed a replacement clutch for 2008 Civic SI after a performance clutch failed to hold up under normal driving conditions. Compared to the OEM, this is a exact replacement in feel, grip, and design. Comes with pilot bushing, alignment tool, grease, and is very well packaged. Car would barely shift with the bad clutch and shifts feels brand new after break in.

Amazon states this will fit your 5spd RSX/Civic Si(R) but it is WRONG. The splines on the pressure plate are different sizes and this is altogether larger than what the 5spd can accommodate. The clutch kit you are looking for is Exedy KHC09, not KHC10. Don't make the same costly mistake!

This is the best replacement clutch money can buy, i love it. Installed it in my 2009 honda civic si a month ago and its strong n full of torque, i couldn't ask for more, am very happy with my purchase, it was grabbing like a bitch at first tho, but now it have that stockish feel

So far, so good. I was glad to see the same stampings and balance weights on this as the factory Honda pressure plate. The disc does appear to be slightly different. The pilot bushing is the same as the factory one and the throw out bearing appeared to be the same supplier as factory. I am very hesitant to ever deviate from using o.e. parts, but I am glad I did, in this case due to the huge price difference. I did spend top dollar and get a new Honda flywheel and rear main seal.

Perfect fit and feel just like OEM. Kit includes everything needed. Disc, cover, and pilot bushing were from Japan. Throwout bearing was from China.

02 rsx type s. Works great. I used an oem release bearing. Flywheel resurfaced, bolts were installed with thread lock. 10000 miles so far. Feels like new.

2006 RSX Type S. Installed at 90k still going strong at 171k. I drive "spirited" and every now and then I do a few highway pulls, and this clutch has kept on going strong. I dont dump the clutch like some people do. 10/10 would buy this again
