I was skeptical; but the photos are true. It smells good and riches the wood back to a luster. We just had our hardwoods refinished and there was dust everywhere - top to bottom - the house had to be cleaned. I bought a ton of new products and this worked as described. It's kinda gross to the touch - like petroleum jelly - but after 20 minutes, wipe it with a microfiber cloth and see your results. It might be too shiny for some.

Amazing Product!

I used this on my grandma's antique dresser to get rid of some water marks, and was absolutely shocked and thrilled at the same time! Worth every penny!

This stuff works like MAGIC

This stuff is absolutely AMAZING. My wife and I were getting tired of looking at our worn out cabinets and wood paneling and were very close to paying a professional thousands of dollars to refinish it all, but then we came across this product. Our paneling and cabinets were looking rough. We have two dogs that jumped up and scratched places, we also had an area that was damaged by water spots where our dog bowls were, and several other areas that were just worn from heavy traffic. Take a look at the pictures to see the before and afters. This stuff was like a magic eraser for water spots, scratches, scuffs, and any other blemish. We simply wiped the product on with a paper towel and let is sit for 20 minutes before wiping it off with a clean towel. Everything looks brand new. I'm buying a couple more so we can finish our cabinets and wood paneling. We're so glad we found this product.

Amazing stuff!

Wow!!! Looks like these dingy old cabinets have a new lease on life. This rental is going to look better when we leave than when we moved in! I'm never buying anything else again. Huge fan.

OMG! This is the most AMAZING product! We inherited some antique furniture from the 30's that had been in storage forever... it was dry and dirty and not much to look at. I used this product on it and the oak wood literally came alive showing the beautiful grain and texture of the wood. I have since used it on my oak kitchen cabinets and they look AMAZING! I will never use anything else other than this product on my wood surfaces! No greasy feel... fantastic smell! Attached picture shows dresser half treated. Color has remained a month after we used this product.

Love it

Bought this and used on my original hardwood floors in m 1936 home. They were looking particularly grim in high traffic areas; dingy and worn down. Used this product and it made a HUGE difference! My floors now have that lovely deep color and glow again. I bought 2 16oz bottles and one bottle was just enough to wax around 600 sq ft. WOW!

I'm not one to leave a product review very often but must do so on this amazing Howard Feed-N-Wax Wood Polish and Conditioner. My dining room floor is near 100 years old and I thought for sure I was going to need a professional to get it looking good after we took up our wall to wall carpet. Well not so. This stuff is amazing! Every other product I looked at said not to use on unfinished wood, but not this. Don't hesitate to buy it. I cleaned the floor with a Murphy's Oil/water solution making sure I didn't saturate the wood. When it was nice and dry, I applied a coat of this polish. I used it straight from the bottle. It's a little thick but I think that's a good thing. Next room on my list to do is the living room. So glad I found. Photo of a small section as I was applying is attached.

Floored...litterly.

Wowza! I live in a 1931 home and my floors have been so so dehydrated. I didn't know exactly what to do and I thought oh I will have to hire someone and have them shine/wax/condition them and it all seemed like such a hassle. So I got on Amazon and looked up 'condition wood floors'. This is what came up as top rated, ordered two bottles used one. I'm amazed! In the past I have used other waxes and the floors would normally absorbed the product...look fine for less than 24 hours then, they would be back to looking dehydrated. I waxed them yesterday and they are still super hydrated. I'm totally in love with this product. From the reviews it said this product should be used every three months. So I will use it again then. I waxed and buffed the floors myself. Next time I do it I'll hire someone. My housekeeper. I was exhausted by the end of the day. But I couldn't stop. I was so so excited. I apologized to my floors and promised never again will I let them thirst.

Great results!! Product used on the left side of photo of before and after picture. I had my old hardwood floors refinished 2.5 years ago and they were looking flat and dingy. Now they look like new! I am very happy with the results. Had two people stop over in the last day and both commented on the floors saying "I noticed as soon as I walked in" ...👍🏼👍🏼
