Great little fountain for the price

I got the fountain to lay over the top of a bird bath to keep the water moving. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the pump is just little bigger than 1 square inch. It works great in the bird bath. I shortened the tubing so the pump sits just below the bamboo, away from where the birds splash and drink. It looks great and works well for my purposes. The bamboo even gives the birds a place to sit and dry!

Great Water Feature

Yes. Get this!

I bought this because I did not want to spend a lot of money on a fountain, but I did not want one made of cheap and fake materials. I added this beautiful bamboo fountain to a cast stone bowl full of river rock. It's beautiful! My only disappointment with the purchase is that the directions were covered with a sticker, but I think I've figured things out. I'm attaching a chart below that will be helpful for other purchasers in determining which size spout they need for their bowl.

It's perfect, the water does not splash out

I put this on my birdbath to attract the birds and to keep the mosquitos away. It's perfect, the water does not splash out. Its a gentle flow of water. Its fun to watch the birds come and check it out. I have mine on a timer. The pump is very small. Its small enough to tuck under the bamboo water feature. I have a shallow birdbath and it does not stick out above the water.

Perfect for Elegant Bird Bath

We wanted to provided running water for the birds but didn't want a typical fountain. This looks exactly as pictured. It came together easily and was pumping water instantly. We love how it looks! My "bird bath" consists of a brownish colored hard plastic plant container drip tray that is about 3 inches deep and 16" across. The fountain sits across it perfectly. I added several 4" flat limestones to the tray, covering up the pump and giving the birds a way to walk into the water slowly. I couldn't be happier!

I must comment that this bamboo fountain spout is a good quality bamboo. I like the design. I didn't think I could find another bamboo water fountain spout to replace my old one. Time will tell how this one will hold out.

Nice fountain/spout

I got this not for a pot, but to lay over the corner of a concrete formal pond, because I didn't want something that splashes that much since the pond has lilies in it. It comes with a tiny pump, but is perfect for a planter/pot. The lift on the pump is only 19", so you should consider that as well. I got a 80/155 pump, turned it down all the way, and it's just right. The only negative I have to say is the shipping. It shipped quickly, but it's sure post, and the usps really ruined it. They said they attempted to deliver and in reality, they did not. I have cameras and they flat out lied, but I went to the PO and picked it up. I will never order anything shipped sure post again. I'll pay the extra to get it straight UPS.

great feng shui

I have this running 24/7 into a beautiful, low, blue pottery bowl and it is wide (long?) enough to span side-to-side. I love the gently splashing sound on the deck, soothing and good feng shui. I have put some tiny turtles on the cross pieces and my grandson loves playing in the water and dripping the blue and green glass beads I have put into the bottom of the bowl into the spout and watch them wash out and fall back into the water. An artful piece that attracts everyone to the sight and sound

Love it! I wanted something that would fit a fairly large diameter pot but not be too loud and splashy--this is perfect and seems like it will be sturdy and long-lasting. The little fountain I made really livened up the dark corner by my front door where nothing will ever grow.

I have two big half barrel water features. Sitting on two levels of a deck. I purchased a 36" bamboo water spout in the top one and had it pour into the bottom one. Then my wife wanted one for the top one and this product filled the bill. Both barrels have plants in them and comet fish. We very much love the sounds the spouts provide. We have added a third half barrel just for water plants all clustered together and it was all so easy to make a wonderful water feature on the corner of our deck. The pump gets clogged very quickly like ever other day. I put the pump into a quart size soda bottle drilled a bunch of 1/8 holes and now it been running without clogging for two weeks! Great product!
