No problems with gas, EVER!

Have been using this for many years and I never have an issue with gas. I put things away at the end of summer and get them out is the spring and they all run fine and always have. No buildup, no separating, no problems at all, chainsaws, mowers, 4 wheelers, boat motors etc. I use in every gas engine that isn't a car or truck.

You Need This for ethanol gas!

The gasoline they sell in stations now is AWFUL. Ethanol gas is the worst thing they could have come up with. For small engines, like lawn mowers, weed wackers, and especially snow blowers, ethanol gas turns to shellac and gums up the carburetor before you get a chance to use it all. I prepared my snow blower for winter in November; had it running perfectly. By January it wouldn't even start. This marine-grade Sta-Bil is made for ethanol gas, and keeps it from destroying your engine. Gas will last a few months, at best, so I threw out my 5 gallon gas can and only buy a gallon at a time. There are a couple other products that supposedly do the same thing that Sta-Bil 360 does, but I haven't tried them. This works so I stick with it. I even use it in my car because I don't drive that much anymore, and this garbage gas really gums up the injectors too. Cheap enough to use in any gas engine that uses consumer gasoline. You need this.

Love this stuff

I have used Stabil products for several decades. Love this stuff. For vehicles that are not driven on a daily basis (or any engine for that matter - boat, mower, etc), this is a must-have product. A gummed up fuel system or a rusty fuel tank from phase separation of ethanol blended fuel is an expensive fix, so a bit of Stabil to keep the fuel fresh is money well spent. I have a hard time finding the large bottles locally, and the price on AMZN can't be beat.

Amazing price compared to supercenter

The generator in my RV gummed up because of the non-ethanol gas I used. It cost me almost $100.00 to get it running and the mobile RV mechanic suggested I use Sta-Bil. I bought a 16 oz. bottle at a supercenter and have been adding it to my tank every time I fill up . Here I got 2 32oz bottles for less than $2.00 more than a single 16 oz at the other place. I'll probably place another order just to make sure I can have enough for the next year.

I have been using Sta-bil since the advent of ethanol supplementation in gasoline for all my marine and gardening equipment motors and I have not had any fuel related issues with any of these devices. Prior to using Sta-bil I did have annual issues with my lawn mower and other devices which I allowed the fuel to remain in the respective fuel tanks. I highly recommend using this additive to stabilize fuel during storage and during regular in season use.

I stumbled across this when researching a new trimmer. I've always known of stabil but have never felt the need to use it. The more and more I read about trimmers however, the more and more I read people also suggesting to use stabil with them due to ethanol now. I am shocked how the gas stays almost totally clear in my cans now versus previously turning yellow after a couple weeks. I'll continue to use this marine version since it is the most economical version.

Get the marine if you have ethanol in your gas

Sta-Bil goes in gas when I fill up my gas cans- it isn't expensive and helps protect equipment, especially things that don't get used every week (or month, or longer). Sta-Bil marine has an ethanol treatment that the regular red version doesn't, and since where I live all gas has ~10% ethanol, this is what I go with. Ethanol absorbs water from the air, more so over time, and that can wreck small engines. Worth it.

Product is necessary for small engine protection

If you have small engine machines with carburetors, you will be well advised to add a ethanol stabilizer to the gasoline you use. Ethanol additive to gasoline is a killer gum it up product for carburetors. This product works great and will keep your engines running smoothly..

STA-BIL 360 makes starting my lawnmower much easier

My lawn mower is a pain to start as I have to leave it outside. I typically had to disassemble the carburator filter and float every time I used it in the winter before I started using STA-BIL products. STA-BIL 360 and Marine products have eliminated the starting problems completely!!!!! My Craftsman 6.5 self drive Lawnmower is 25 years old and runs better than ever!!!!! Highly recommended for those who have to keep their lawnmower outside. I also use this in my Ninja ZX-9r, my generators, and my 1965 Mustang that rarely sees the road. All start easily even after months of sitting.
