My first job was in 1983 at Chuck E Cheese...and this is the Same Docker I used back then. This is top of the line...and if you are making Pizza at home..You need a good Peel, A pro Docker, and lots of corn meal. Awesome.

It's not what I expected, it is so much better!

I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews but I wanted to say something about this product. More years ago than I want to admit, I graduated from a culinary arts school. I spent quite a few years after that working in restaurants, bakeries and other food service establishments. This is an item that you would find in a professional kitchen. It is heavy duty and made well. It works well on pizza dough and would also work well on pastry dough. If you need a Dough Roller Docker, buy this one and it should be the last one you will need to buy.

This item is solid and very high quality. The roller rolls smoothly. It should last a lifetime. Highly recommended.

The price was good!

Every bit as good as 'dockers' which I saw costing three times as much. I use this for my pizza dough so I don't get big bubbles as it cooks. You can also use it for pie crusts. It's weighty, which surprised me. Rolls very smoothly.

Big and sturdy

Big and sturdy. Works great and easy to clean. I bought this one after a plastic one arrived broken. I definitely won't have the same problem here. It's wide enough that it only takes a couple passes for the pizza dough we make.

Great BIG Docker!

I wanted a home use docker to use on occasional pastry projects. I did not pay attention to the size description, so I got a gigantic docker. I worked as a pastry Chef for quite a few years, so I recognize that this is an extremely well made item. It is just over kill for a home Chef. Ideal for a professional kitchen.
