This is an amazing product. I'm impressed with how easy and well it works each time I use it. Stapling very thick amounts of paper is effortless. I also bought the 'Swingline Optima Premium Staples' to use with this stapler because they were recommended. I don't know if they help make the stapler work better or if the stapler is just great by itself. Regardless, I am extremely happy with the combination. I highly recommend them both.

This makes my job so much easier. On any given day, I could have upwards of 700 packets to staple. My previous stapler made my wrists start to cramp at 80. This stapler feels like magic. It takes a light touch and BAM -- stapled. 2 hours later, nearly 1000 packets are stapled in just the right spot with no jamming. Easy to reload, too.

Bought this for the office, I've used a few similar models over the years and came back for another. Unit is a little bigger than I was expecting but it's precisely what I needed and works beautifully. Stapler works nice and smooth, quiet and comfortable to hold. No loud ker-chunks or popping when stapling stuff, it doesn't compress drastically after having to apply way too much pressure like many other staplers that I've encountered. Recommend to everyone looking for a good ergonomic stapler that goes well above the competition and antiquated designs.

Effortless to use. Just what I wanted! After using one of these in my daughters kindergarten class I had to have one for our crafty station at home. SO MUCH EASIER to use than the regular old office stapler. It feels like air to use. :) I have to remind my kids not to slam down on it like they did the old one. :) Kids LOVE to staple (they can make books and crafts) and have control over their own project. Great purchase!

This stapler is much larger than the picture. Not a bad thing, just a surprise! The stapler performs wonderfully. Very smooth and very reliable. I bought it for work where we staple dozens of papers a day yet it still performs wonderfully. Would buy again.

I bought one of these from a wholesale store (Starts with a C) years ago and absolutely love it!! They don't sell them there anymore and the one I own has been the best stapler I have ever owned. Never Jams, and easily without any effort staples through the pages up to 25 easily. You would think it is a power stapler the way it works so well, but it is not. I wanted a second for my wife's desk and so I found this online for a great price.

I purchased this stapler a year ago and it still works great after a classroom of second graders used it! I wanted the kids to be able to independently use the stapler without pounding on it or breaking it. This worked! Due to kids using it, it would occasionally get jammed with staples. However, this was easy to fix with a paper clip - the kids could do it! Also- I have arthritis and this stapler is low impact.

Works way better than the old style Swingline in my opinion. This model is rated for UP TO 20 PAGES. There are other models "Reduced Effort" models if you have to staple more pages, so buy the right Reduced Effort model, based on your stapling needs. One more thing, read the description carefully and get the right staples for these staplers. They do NOT use the old SF 3 type staples and the heavier duty reduced edge staplers need a specific staple designed to do that number of pages without screwing up.

My mother has arthritis and uses a stapler daily. This is so easy to use and takes so much pressure off of her hands.

This is a great stapler for someone like me that has arthritis. Very easy to push to staple. Sometimes I do use it up in my hand and sometimes I leave it on the desk. Either way, making packets is very easy to do with this quality stapler. It gets very heavy use and is still going strong!
