Extremely HOT!
This little iron gets extremely hot! I use it for quilting when I want a perfectly pressed seam. Do not use around children, and do not touch it to check if it's hot! It heats up quite fast too. The little stand is helpful to not let the iron burn anything while idle.

Should have bought a long time ago. Fabulous tool!
I have been looking at this tool for some time. I finally purchased it and wish I had bought it a long time ago. Great for pressing seam when quilting. Very easy to use. Don't have to drag out the big ironing board and iron. I use it right next to my sewing machine. Gets hot enough to set the seam. I didn't purchase the extra tips because I didn't think I would use them.

Love my Mini Iron II
I was torn between buying the regular Mini Iron and the Mini Iron II because I wasn't really sure if I would need the extra attachments that come with the Mini Iron II. However, I'm very glad I bought the one with the adapter because I have discovered that I do indeed need the accessories! I use my MIni Iron II for small projects like 1/4" seams on patchwork quilts and for ironing down binding strips. I hated using my big, bulky iron before because I was constantly burning my fingers or scorching them with the steam. I have yet to burn myself since using this. I'm purchasing the bigger head because I think it will come in handy for navigating the larger patchwork pieces once they are seamed together. The only drawbacks I've had so far is that the high setting is VERY hot, more suitable for using the hot knife than for ironing cotton and the iron takes a while to reach temperature. It's also notable that the small clover stand that comes with the iron doesn't have very good grip and it's a constant struggle to keep it on the ironing board. I usually have to put it on a work table beside me, which worries me because I have small children. This would make the larger cooling stand a good purchase, but for safety reasons should be the one they include with the iron. All in all, a good tool to have for quilting and I'm sure for countless other projects.

Good little craft iron
I purchased this mini iron to tack down htv when applying to a large item, like a pillowcase, to avoid the design shifting when I put it on my heat press. It does this job great. This little iron gets VERY hot, so I use a teflon sheet over the vinyl. I've also burned myself a few times, being careless. I wish the "wand" area below the iron surface had some kind of protective barrier to avoid burns. Also be careful with the little stand, because that also gets hot enough to burn you and cause blisters.

Great product!
I love this thing! I purchased it to use on vinyl projects that you cant really use a regular iron or heat press on like hats. It works great! Would definitely recommend.

Handy tool
This is handy little tool and does the job for what I need.. I am into dollhouse miniature room kits and some have half scale tiny bits of fabric that can use a little iron over. this tool does the trick

I used it so much I needed to replace it.
Had to replace this recently as I had used my other one so much it actually stopped working. So, give these about 5 years of consistent use and then replace them. I love most Clover products...

Excellent Product
I'm absolutely in love with this product. It does what it claims to do, heats perfectly and fits in small places. I was ironing heat n bond to fabric and used the medium setting, so getting the mini iron II with 3 heat settings gives more versatility for your projects. FYI this is the first time I've ever reviewed a product.

better burn protection and it works well on my small ...
I had had the original model and it didn't work recently so imagine my surprise when I found a new and improved model. It really is improved too. It has 2 heads, better burn protection and it works well on my small applique pieces. I love it.

Invaluable tool for this embroiderer.
I do embroidery at home, and to bond heat-n-bond lite, I have been taking my projects off my embroidery machine and moving them to the ironing board. Not only is that inconvenient, but it gives the project a wonderful chance to shift while in transit and stitch poorly when I put it back on my machine. Enter this mini-iron! I can iron my project right on the frame/hoop and not have to worry about shifting or moving. I purchased the larger tip right away, and I have been loving it. It has 3 heat settings; I usually use medium. My only complaint is that it takes 10+ minutes to heat up fully, but it's worth it once it gets going. I just have to remember to turn it on before I start my project.
