They are smaller than I thought, but no fault to the description or seller. I just didn't realize how small 3 oz is. :-) No complaints about the ramekins, they are high quality and perfect for tiny desserts (just not ideal for french onion soup) unless you don't eat very much. Again, no fault of the seller - total misjudgment on my part.

Small but versatile

Bought these to make coddled eggs on Christmas morning. At first I thought they were too small, but they held a medium size egg perfectly. Can also double as condiment dishes, melted butter for clams/shrimp or individual dessert dishes. Great bargain for the price

Exactly as described. These are 3-oz ramekins. I don't understand the negative reviews because of their size. It's as if people are griping "I ordered these 3-oz ramekins, and they were smaller than 4-oz!!!1!"

Perfect for mini chocolate pots de creme

I bought these because 6 oz ramekin portions are way too big for a rich dessert like chocolate pots de creme. These are perfect - I'm buying more for a future party.

Cute little ramekins

These cute little ramekins are perfect for individual dips, like ranch or honey mustard or Saracha ketchup. They are probably too small for things like yogurt or pudding or custard. If that's what you want get the next size or next two sizes up. They clean up quick and easily.

Love these!

These are small, but perfect for what I needed. I'm using mine as inserts for my pet's metal food dish. The 3oz set of 6 are the perfect size to fit inside Petco's small sized metal "coop cups". Loved the first set and bought two more. All perfect! I may even use some to bake someday ;)

Great food prep set

This is one of the best buys I ever made on meal prep supplies. These are great for small amounts of ingredients. My only caveat - they don't stack too well.
