I purchased this skillet as a gift, but I have owned one for many years. Every. Single. Time. I have company over and I am using my skillet, it becomes an instant conversation. Everyone takes a picture of it to buy one. I make chicken cutlets, stir fry, bacon and eggs (at the same time too), pancakes, fried rice, tomato sauce (more surface area for fast evaporation of water), homefries, and many more things! Awesome product

We had an older Waring electric skillet that was losing it's non-stick coating and needed replacement. This thing is in a whole different category. Much larger and does a much better job of maintaining a constant temperature. The construction is very high quality. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Wonderful skillet

I use this skillet several times a week. It cooks so well and easy to clean. It's a lot easier than cleaning the stove. Pretty too if you want to serve in it.

So far so GREAT. This is an extra large, efficient pan. I use it for fried chicken, potato latkes, grilled cheese, etc. So far it does not disappoint -- even cooking temps all over the pan, no hot spots, good temp control and responsive to adjustments, very easy to clean up. Highly recommend.

This thing is HUGE

I was looking for a large electric skillet and this is definitely it! It is pretty shallow for its size but that is not a problem at all. It's the same depth as my 12" electric skillet. Also, when the heating elements clicks on and off the click is really loud, but it doesn't seem to be an issue.

Finally, a skillet that does not have any hot spots, and stays the right temperature throughout the cooking time. The size is perfect, and the non-stick coating is of a better quality than any that I have had in the past. I have been through many electric skillets and was beginning to wonder if anyone knew how to make one that actually does everything that it is supposed to do. It is definitely worth paying more for this skillet; I highly recommend it.
