Can't ask for anything more. It's NOT non-stick, which I didn't want, so you have to soak and put a little effort into cleaning, but that's to be expected. I often use liners to avoid that, but I love that recipes like dinner rolls and such that don't do well with liners will not leach chemicals into our food. Plus, if you grease properly, rolls, and other non-sticky batters, just pop out. Heavy duty and still looks beautiful after 6 years. I bought a second one when we got a new oven.

Very happy with my purchase. I'm confused about the reviewers who said this pan is thin. Compared to my stainless steel cookie sheets and baking pan, it's actually pretty heavy duty. Thicker than I expected to say the least. I didn't have much trouble getting any glue off. There were three small glue drops which a brillo pad easily wiped away.

I was on the fence about buying this after reading some poor reviews but am so glad I did. I use it almost every day since it's the perfect size for cooking for the family. It cleans very easily which was another concern of mine. I will add that I have no sharp edges and the weight is rather average since that was in some of the poor reviews. Not sure if the others received something different maybe? I would recommend this product.

I finally found a stainless steel muffin pan that cleans easily, is sturdy & doesn't warp in the oven. I have bought the foil & aluminium muffin pans in the past...I have bought some that said they were stainless steel but they would rust...this one is perfect

This muffin pan works just as I wanted. I liberally grease it with triple filtered coconut oil and rarely have a problem easily taking the muffins out once they are baked. It's not as easy to clean as a teflon based product but it's safer for you in the longer run. I just soak it for a bit and the pop it in the dishwasher. Always comes out clean. The muffins have also always come evenly baked. No rust. No scratches. Love it.

On arrival, I thought the pan looked and felt a bit flimsy. For the price I paid (less than 20), it was worth trying it out, so I decided to keep it. It's far exceeds my expectations. Yes, lightweight and thin, but a true positive addition to my cookware. Handles high heat, just the right amount of room for small to large roasting/baking, sides are the perfect height, and fits easily in sink for clean-up. Recommendations: 1. very, very lightly coat pan with oil before putting in food 2.do not put in water before it cools 3.soaking for an hour will remove just about anything 'stuck' to it, including burned bits and sticky foods. 4. never use overly abraisive products to scrub it; it doesn't need it and you will scratch the pan. Just a light buff with a brillo pad or plastic scrubby for the top rim will remove the splatter marks. Every time I use it, I'm amazed at how well it does, and how easy it is to clean. I could have easily spent three times as much for a pan that size thinking it had to be some bulky, heavy, made to last forever type of pan, but I'm glad I took a chance on this one. Worth every penny and more.

So, when I saw the reviews on this pan, I almost didn't buy it. But, figured what the heck, I can always return it. It's a really nice pan and when it came, I followed the directions to clean, dry it, and spray some oil in it the first time. I used real spray olive oil not non-stick synthetic spray like Pam. Then, I used the pan to cook some meat in the oven. When it was done, I took out the meat and let the pan sit in some soapy water to get the stuck meat off. Well, I come back about a couple hours later, and when I poured the water out ...there it was ..something that look liked rust spots in the bottom. So, I know from having stainless steel cookware, that you have to use something with citric acid in it to clear those spots. I use "Barkeeper's Friend" on my stainless stuff, so squirted a tablespoon size it and cleaned the spots away. Rinse and dry quickly. All Shiny and New again!

Yes, this is a thin pan, but it works just great. The first thing I made was roasted red potatoes with Rosemary and the dish turned out perfectly. However, the glue that the company used to stick the label on the pan was something short of super-duper glue. Make sure you have time to soak the pan with soap for hours before using it, then use a plastic or wooden scraper to pry it off. I plan to order at least one more pan. I have used it several times and everything comes out fine. UPDATE, October 2015: I finally ordered another pan, and Fox Run must have listened to all our complaints about the glue, because it was 10,000 times easier to remove it! I love my pans, and use them for everything: roasting vegetables, cooking meat, baking potatoes. Buh-bye all non-stainless pans...hope you enjoy being recycled.

Been looking for a stainless steel version because non-stick is not exactly healthy and has toxins. Finally found this on Amazon. Cleaned easily and so far has stayed fresh and new looking after several uses.

I also like this cookie sheet. I got 2. One for my college son who was using a cheap nonstick job that kept burning everything he put on it.. Yeah, I tested it.. He was right. So, this made a very nice gift for him especially for his pizzas ! I already have some older stainless steel sheets this size and I will say that although I really do like it, it is just a tad flimsier than my 20yr-old ones. Gotta use two hands (even with cookies) to get it out of the oven without it buckling.
