Perfect! Only way this could be improved is if there was a way to open the dust cover and then latch it closed. Tough to remove from bump stop after sticking it through. PSA: If you are putting these on a gen 2 Mazda 3 and are lowered, install these on your shock and make sure your shocks aren't riding on the stops. My car is lowered on H&R sport springs with Konis, and when I did that install I didnt buy a new kit such as this one so I had to put my old bump stops back on that were crumbling apart, and didn't think to check the clearance when I install the knew ones. H&R has a technical specs sheet (as most manufacturers will) for this springs and cutting OEM bump stops was not required for the Mazda 3. I had to cut off (from the bottom up) to the top of the 3rd bumper in order to have enough regular suspension travel but not bottom out. I did this while still on the car and the longest part was cutting the cover so make it fit the larger rings. If you dont want to do this, check out the bump stops made by FatCat Motorsports or Ground Control. I have GC's on my front and they work well. The KYB kit is temporary until I order new rear shocks/GC stops

I was reading some people where having an issue get this bump stop seated. If you keep very firm pressure into the notch as seen in the picture/video and rotate the bump stop clockwise it will go in with no problem.

The ones on my 04 Mazda 3 2.3L had dry rotted off. This one fit the bill just fine.

Did rear shocks change on Mazda 3 Disi iStop and these ensured my new shocks had new boots to protect it.

These look and feel every bit as good as OEM. I noticed after Amazon sold me shocks that did not actually fit my car, that the strut boot and plastic cover come as part of a shock kit when I bought the proper shocks locally, at a better price than Amazon. 2007 Mazda3 S hatchback.

Good quality materials and perfect fit.

These fit perfectly on my 2008 Mazda 3

Not sure what the other reviewer is referencing with the gap problem they encountered, but what I CAN tell you (with uploaded pictures too!) is that these were perfect OEM replacements for the REAR SHOCK bumper and dust cover of my 2006 VW Jetta TDI. They fit like the OEM at a fraction of the price. They are high quality, German made, and install easily. Would recommend and buy again!

Seem to make improvement as I hoped for

Perfect for Mazda 5 2009
