I purchased this as a way to make white chocolate mochas at home with my espresso machine, rather than paying the outrageous prices the coffee stands around my area charge, and it is absolutely perfect. It has a great taste to it, and you only have to use 3 tbsp. to make a 20 oz. mocha. So with making a mocha every day, this lasts me a little over a month. It's well worth the purchase if you want to make mochas at home.

It's so good in espresso. When you open the big container it almost smells like cotton candy, which I love. I would highly recommend putting it in cold milk before steaming the milk, as it recommends on the container too. I talked to many baristas and none of them knew that, then read the container, and was like oh... I haven't made white chocolate mochas correctly... (they just stir forever and other products never really dissolved with stirring) It dissolves wonderfully and isn't gritty and doesn't clump up during storage. It has a good sugar taste and not a nasty fake sugar taste like other sweet treats will have. 10/10 will buy again.

I have used this product since the early 1990's. It is always perfect, and is my go-to comfort drink. I use it in smoothies. I use it when preparing hot cereal. And most of all, I love, love hot white chocolate, made with boiling water and a spoonful of 1/2&1/2. Sometimes I add a touch of cinnamon, or nutmeg or coconut stevia. It is a basic in my pantry.

I'm not a huge fan of Ghiradelli regular chocolate, BUT their white chocolate is AMAZING! I use this for my morning white mochas and its so creamy delicious. Absolutely no substitute.

My husband has been looking for White Chocolate Powder for our morning expresso. It is spendy but I would like to get more for the amount I pay. This was a Christmas gift for him and he was very happy with it. Works very well in coffee.

Ground sweet white chocolate powder...absolutely delicious in hot coffee. It definitely does not mix in anything cold, has to be hot liquid! This is the brand our coffee stand uses for white chocolate powder for our mochas. It taste great. Will definitely be ordering again for our home coffees!

Ghirardelli Chocolate Sweet Ground White Chocolate Mix works great in coffee drinks. I have no complaints with the mix. My big grip is that the can was shipped without the plastic lid. Once the can is opened you have to put the Mix in another container. I ordered the chocolate mix at the same time and it was received with the plastic lid. What can I say. Hope my next shipment is better.

If your a Washingtonian like me then you know good stand coffee and this is the exact same one they use for a whites chocolate americano! If you’ve never used it before tho just know you have to mix it with HOT espresso or water and mix well for it to dissolve. If you want stand quality coffee here’s my go to drink broken down: scoop one or two spoonfuls if powder into cup, pour fresh brewed espresso over and mix well! Quickly add ice so not to burn the shots, a splash of water and cream (or hemp milk if your dairy free like me) I’m telling you it is SO GOOD

I use this everyday in latte’s/ white mochas. All my guest rave about how yummy the espresso drinks I make are when I mix a scoop of this in. For a true white mocha it calls for 3 scoops but I personally think 2 scoops makes a great drink that’s not too sweet. I practically use this everyday and it lasts approx. 2 months

If you're not watching your figure or sugar intake, partake in this deliciousness! Great in drip coffee. If you are like most Americans and don't own an espresso machine in your home, and if you don't want to spend a ton of money at a certain coffee chain, just mix a tablespoon or two into your drip coffee. Add a creamer of your choice (such as a peppermint flavored one for a peppermint white mocha, or just plain half and half) and if you want you can buy syrups and just experiment with flavors and you have your own flavored coffee at home! For much cheaper and more caffeine than if you were to buy the equivalent size latte/mocha (typically only two shots of espresso in those and at that ratio a 12oz cup of drip has more caffeine).
