I wasn't sure just how much of a difference this product made, until I went a week without putting it in my ferret's water that is. The difference was HUGE. This truly does cut out over 2/3 of their odor, easily. The bottle has lasted me FOREVER, I've just this week re-ordered and I have 2 ferrets it's been being used on. I can not recommend this product enough!

My daughter has been buying the 8oz. size (at local pet stores) for around $16 for her 'fuzzy'. This 32oz. size, at $17.00, is almost ONE FOURTH THE COST. Crazy right? We add this to his water bottle, per the directions, and have almost no odor. I saved an 8oz. bottle and compared the ingredients, percentages, etc., to the 32oz. bottle and they are EXACTLY the same. Hope this helps.

THANK GOD FOR THIS PRODUCT!! I have 2 male rats and I was dying from how smelly their cage was. seriously, I live in an apartment and I was choking every time I got near their cage. I would clean it every 2-3 days and it would still smell so bad that I had little desire to pet my babies anymore. After I got this I seriously tore the box open lolol. You put it in their water, but seriously after 2 days it smelt 1000 times better. I don't smell anything anymore. THANK GODDD!!!!! lolol. I was considering getting rid of them because I seriously couldn't stand the smell. Honestly the rats themselves even smell better. I cuddle with them now and afterwards there is no bad smell. ALSO!! GET A SMALL AIR PURIFIER TO PUT NEXT TO THEIR CAGE. that made everything perfect. like I smell nothing now. I dont know how I lived so long without this product.

Works really well for two male rats. Was cleaning every day and hardly making a dent in the smell. Even on high quality lab blocks with the occasional fruit/veggies. Internet research is inconclusive on any possible health effects. So far they are healthy, eating and drinking normally. I change their water every day in their stainless steel bowl and put half a pump straight into the bowl after setting it in their cage. I am erring on the side of less is better and it still seems effective. If it wasn’t for this stuff, I would probably be forced to have the rats fixed in attempts to reduce their odor

Works wonders. People walk into my tiny condo and have no idea I own two ferrets. I introduce them to other people who are amazed they don't smell, because they've always heard about the unbearable odor. Ferrets are amazing pets, and they add so much joy to my life. I love it that I can enjoy them now without the serious downside so many people seem to have, the smell.

This stuff saved our ferrets! Not that I could ever bring myself to get rid of them but the smell was pretty overwhelming until we bought this. It’s reduced their small at least 70%. Also, go to Sams club or Home Depot and use wood pellets for cooking or heating your home as litter. It’s super affordable, safe for them, and really helps with the smell. I love my ferrets and this product works great!

This has made a HUGE difference in the smell of my ferret room. I was very skeptical at first, however after 30 days it has made an immense difference in the smell of things. I highly recommend this product for all ferret owners!

Huge difference in their smell and the litter smell. When I first agreed to foster my 2 I was reluctant because ferrets, even when decented, reak!!.. boy did they! BUT.. I decided to do a little research and came across this stuff.. I put 3-4 pumps in their bottled water and after a month I have noticed that even they smell so much less then before. I dont know how it works but it does. The only other thing I changed was switching to equine pine pellets (from tractor supply, 5 bucks for a 45lb bag...lasts me over a month for 3 cats and 2 ferrets.. good stuff!! Id rather smell pine then crap and pee) anyway I like this stuff and will continue to buy it.

I use this for my African pygmy hedgehog. I only need one pump of the liquid in 8 ounces of water. I've never noticed any odor while using this product. I change his water daily and I use this with 8 ounce bottles of spring water. This is, according to the company, the exact same thing as the "Marshall Pet GoodBye Natural Waste Deodorizer - 8oz. I'd rather buy this large bottle than the small bottles of Marshall Pet GoodBye Natural Waste Deodorizer. It's more convenient and it saves me money.

After adopting ferrets, the ferret smell became too overwhelming for other family members. Started adding this to water every day and after about 2 weeks, odor was decrease quite a lot. Only complaint is that it seems to dry them out too much, so periodically have to decrease amount given.
