  • Chain tensioners should not be used

These chains worked great for me. They installed differently than other chains I have owned but once I got the hang of it, it was a cake walk. They give a lot more traction on snow and ice. But you still need to drive carefully. Be sure to tuck the extra part of the tightening cable into the green spiral so it doesn't scratch a fender. And be sure to tighten again after driving a few hundred feet.

Easiest chains to install!

Haven't used it on snow yet but practiced putting in on. It was very easy to install and appeared to be very well designed!
