This is the best
This is the best I've tried. one bag makes me two LARGE rectangular cookie sheet pizzas. You don't even have to wait for it to rise, it is just as good. I use my breadmaker to mix it and start the rise usually. I grease up two LARGE rectangular cookie sheets, the ones with a side that comes up almost an inch high, with olive oil; I then have a bowl of cold water to keep dipping my hands in, so they don't stick. pick up half the batch for one pizza with wet hands, add more water, roughly roll into a log, put in pan and take your time pressing down and pushing it to the sides and corners, keep adding water to keep non-stick. The trick for me is to make it as thin as possible. Follow directions for pre-cook, and then add ingredients and finish cooking. Comes out very good. I've only had better at a restaurant in Worcester MA, Boynton's - awesome. This pizza, I"ll eat 3 or 4 pieces and then freeze the rest. It heats up fine in the microwave, wrapped in paper towels, 3 or 4 pieces at a time for the next few weeks. YUM! I use "subscribe and save" with my amazon PRIME account, for free second day shipping, PLUS an additional 15% off. Can't beat it. I just set the frequency to 6 months and manually renew it whenever i run out.

A good substitute for wheat pizza crust!
This is a very good value for a gluten-free pizza dough mix. One package should make two medium-sized pizzas. I only used half of the pizza dough (I put the rest in the refrigerator) and I ended up with a good-sized round pizza that works perfectly for planning on 8 slices of pizza. I used a mixture of water, ground flaxseed and chia seeds (already gelled) as an egg substitute and it worked fine (actually I think that it improves the pizza crust in that it adds healthy fat and fiber). Just after I started to add grated cheese, sauce, spinach and onions, I realized that I was supposed to bake the dough without toppings first. I turned the oven down to 350 degrees, then I baked the entire pizza with toppings for 25 minutes. I then turned the oven up to 450 degrees, put the pizza on a lower rack and baked for a little while longer. It came out crispy and tasty. Backing up the process a little - the dough was easy to work with even though it did separate some. I didn't use an electric mixer. I just kneaded the dough with my hands, then let it rise for 20 minutes. I took a Crisco-greased flat baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal and then created a pizza pie circle of dough with a slightly elevated border of dough with wet fingers. I also put olive oil all around where the crust was exposed. The overall result was a very tasty and satisfying pizza pie. It should be noted that this is not low-carb at all, but there is a good amount of fiber in each serving. One serving is 1/8 of the package or 57g and each serving contains 45g of carbohydrate and 4g of dietary fiber. The mix contains brown rice, potato starch and flour, millet, sorghum, tapioca, evaporated cane juice, xanthan gum, yeast (separate package), sea salt, guar gum. There are 200 calories per serving in the dry mix with only 10 calories from fat. There are no soy products or tree nuts in the mix, but the facility manufactures products with these ingredients. Update: I used this pizza crust mix to make a very substantial and delicious gluten free artisan-style bread. I followed the recipe for the cinnamon buns on the package, but added milk instead of water and only 1 tablespoon of sugar. I also added whole chia seeds. The end result was impressive - a gorgeous loaf of bread that would be a great addition to any occasion. The only thing that I noticed is that the first day that I tried it out, it really sort of swelled in my stomach and created a very almost uncomfortable full feeling - and that was after eating a small amount. Update: After using this pizza crust mix to create two excellent pizzas, I can highly recommend this product. I stored the other half of the pre-made dough in the refrigerator for several days. Last night I used a flat baking sheet with a thin layer of olive oil sprinkled in the middle with coarsely ground corn meal (polenta). I moistened my fingers with water and spread the dough easily into a large circle and then sprinkled olive oil and seasonings on the dough and pre-baked it. I then added various cheeses and rinsed canned crabmeat, fresh basil and herbs and seasonings. The result was a very impressive tasting and looking "white" pizza. This pizza crust mix wins on all counts - taste, ease of use and price. It costs about $1.25 per medium/large pizza crust with Subscribe & Save.

Finally, Baking Mixes With Results Just Like "Normal" Baked Goods!
Bob's Red Mill mixes are the first gluten-free mixes I've found that make baked goods that aren't mealy and dry at the one extreme, or clay-like at the other. I tried the pancake mix first and those pancakes were EXCELLENT, just like normal pancakes made with wheat flour, and they froze well too, so I decided to try this Pizza Crust mix. I actually used the pizza crust mix to make cinnamon rolls (recipe's on the Bob's Red Mill site but I think it's against the rules to put a link here - Google for "Bob's Red Mill cinnamon rolls" to find it) after reading about them in other reviews. The cinnamon roll recipe is easy but does involve pressing the dough out to make a jelly roll; the recipe says to liberally dust the work surface with rice flour but I didn't want to buy a whole separate bag of rice flour just for this, so I used some more pizza dough mix from another of the four bags that came in my multi-pack order. The rolls have to sit somewhere warm to rise for 1/2 an hour before baking so I used that half hour to make breadsticks with the dough scraps from the cinnamon rolls (just shaped the sticks by hand, brushed with butter and sprinkled with garlic salt) and they came out perfect: slightly chewy inside but nice and crusty outside! Again, just like normal, non-GF breadsticks. The cinnamon rolls turned out great, too. You can even make a glaze to drizzle over them with powdered sugar and milk if you like. Just like the breadsticks and pancakes, the cinnamon rolls made with this Bob's Red Mill pizza crust mix turned out fantastic. I will be stocking this in my pantry at all times from now on, just like the Bob's Red Mill pancake mix. As a person with celiac disease I can't tolerate even the tiniest bit of gluten. Thank goodness for Bob's Red Mill!

A Favorite Pantry Staple in our kitchen.
This crust is every bit as delicious as regular crust and very easy to prepare and use. I keep an extra opened bag in a jar to use for dusting when rolling out but you can also use plastic wrap which works great. We love making homemade pizza and this crust has become a pantry staple. We are not GF but have close friends who we entertain often that are. This is also a great go to for needing dinner on the table in under an hour as I have often skipped or shortened the rising step with great results.

Very good dough, easy instructions.
This was very good. I would've preferred it more crunchy in the center, but it could've been because I used the dough and made one big rectangle on a cookie sheet instead of 2 pies. Thinking also if I bake at 450 rather than 425 that might get it crispier. Made a GF BBQ chicken pizza with red onion and cilantro. Came out great.

The best gluten free pizza crust that I have found
This has a great taste and texture. Each bag makes 2 medium to large sized pizzas, so you get the crust for about $1 a pizza. one thing that i have noted is the bag recommend that you bake the crust for 10 minutes before you put the topping on. I have found that the crust is much better if you skip this step. Just add your sauce and toppings and bake. One down side to this crust is it does take time to make. There is a lot of prep time and bake time. You will need to start about and hour and a half to two hours before you want to eat. Now that is not all work, but you do need to plan ahead. This product does work well for making the crust and then freezing them. So if you have a food prep day, this crust works well for that.

This is such a great help if you require gluten free pizza crust
This is such a great help if you require gluten free pizza crust. I found it in the grocery store but Amazon's prices are much better as usual. We use it for pizza. My only suggestion is to spread it as thin as possible and make it crispy. If not it's like a deep dish pizza dough. We also cut it up in small pieces to use as a pita bread alternative for hummus. My daughter came up with adding a little olive oil and garlic, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil, and tomato and it's a great meal. Very versatile!

Even better than I expected!!
I ordered this as a replacement to our occasional pizza nights on the weekends now that I am cutting gluten from my life. I have had gluten free pizza one other time at a pizza joint and thought I couldn't make something as delicious at home. The dough was easier to work with than I expected. It only rises a little bit and instead of cutting it in two I made one large 16" pizza. Just make sure to spray down your pizza pan with pam or similar type spray and get a bowl of warm water to keep your hands wet so the dough is easier to work with. I followed the instructions to a "T" (other than adding seasoning to the crust before the initial cooking to make it more flavorful) and ended up with an amazing gluten free pizza even my picky husband loved! It doesn't taste like the typical greasy pizza hut type pizza but if you enjoy gluten free pizza you will love this! I will be buying more at this price soon, it's way cheaper than order out and much better for you.

The Best Homemade Crust!!
Excellent product!!! Will order again!!! I’m not personally a fan of homemade pizza usually and neither is my family. However I decided to try this because it’s gluten free not expecting that much. My family and our friends LOVE it and so do I!!! It’s easy to make and I use it for two pizzas per bag! I would freeze one but they both always get eaten! Definitely worth a try even if you don’t have a gluten allergy.. it’s better than regular pizza!!

Best gluten-free pizza crust I've found
This is far and away the best gluten-free pizza crust I've found, and the people I've recommended it to have agreed. It's hard to find a gluten-free pizza crust that doesn't taste like cardboard, but Bob's Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix has a great flavor. If you follow the directions on the package, which I do, it makes two average to large pizzas that have a fairly thick crust. That's my personal preference. Although I've never tried it, I would imagine you could use less of the dough and spread it thinner if you prefer a thinner, crisper crust. My grandsons who've tried it really like it as well, and they don't have to eat gluten-free.
