Very effective on old stains.

This cleaner worked wonderfully on old stains that I couldn’t remove with a commercial rug cleaner. One can of cleaner did one bedroom, so if you have multiple rooms or large rooms, you might want to order multiple cans. Easy to use and I liked that I didn’t have to get on my hands and knees to scrub the rug. Definitely would purchase again.

Effective

I have longhaired cats who will vomit hairballs even when regularly brushed, so this is a lifesaver. I find this is a particularly good product - works on fresh stains and on ones I have not discovered while they were still fresh. It also smells good, and one can seems to last a good long time (I just reordered it and I believe the last can was one I bought about four years ago). Not much more you could ask from a carpet cleaning foam.

Only carpet cleaner I use!

We have a dog that tends to scratch herself raw. Her favorite spot to lay is at the top of our stairs on the carpet. I buy this product all the time to get the stains out. It works so well. I am always amazed how well it works. You do need to follow the directions. I get a scrub brush with a small thing of water. I dip a little water on the stain and then spray it. I let it sit a few minutes before dipping the brush in water and then scrubbing. If the bubbles are gone. I spray again and wait a few minutes for the solution to get into the carpet and stain, before scrubbing again. Very soon the stain is gone and I block off the area to dry.

Great for high traffic areas

Used this in a high traffic area of my home. Wasn't expecting much due to the ground in dirt from shoe traffic, but was pleasantly surprised by how great it did. Read instructions carefully and use as directed. You will definitely see the difference.

The Best of Its Kind

This does not pretend to do the job of a professional carpet cleaning service, but for spot cleaning in those "high traffic areas" that drive you crazy, this product is easy to use and the "dirt lift" is impressive. It is very easy and does a really good job. If I had to make a "con" comment it would be that it is easy to use up a bottle very quickly, as the foam comes out strongly. Another "con" might be this: I saw it at Vons today for about four dollars less than I paid to purchase it through Amazon.

Wonderful cleaner!

I have WHITE carpet in my rental unit (I know...it's crazy). With two kids and constant messes, this is a lifesaver. I have the handle/brush unit that this attaches to and it scrubs out anything with ease. I cannot recommend it enough!!

Excellent Cleaner

Use this in our Resolve Rug Cleaner Applicator to remove stubborn stains and foot traffic dirt on our carpets. Does an excellent job. Highly recommended. Can be sprayed on and scrubbed with a brush but buy the applicator and it is much easier!

Have used for years for quick spot cleaning in heavy traffic areas. Also use for pre-treatment prior to shampooing my carpets. My carpets are 13 years old now and still look new, with three boys and a naughty hubby who frequently forgets to take his shoes off!

Amazing product.

Last month I was extremely sick and threw up on my carpet thank goodness for this. This was an absolute lifesaver but make sure you have the brush to go with it. The resolve and the brush will give you amazing results.

first vacuum then a cold wet rag over the surface of the rug you want cleaned. wipe it again with a dry towel. let it dry. then spray the area with resolve and scrub it into the carpet and use a towel again and then let it dry and vacuum again. You might have to do it a couple of times if it is an entrance way.
