I put this protector on our convertible crib when our baby was 6 months old because I knew that the time was coming that we would have issues. I am happy to say that it has saved the front crib rail. I can't say so much for the side rail, but that will not be a permanent part of her bed. Glad I thought ahead!

Great for preschool

Love this! It works great. Read the directions and it works well!

Works very well and the tape is holding very well. Be sure to pre-measure the length you need as I realized later that I was short on one side of the drib.

This is awesome, we love it! After we figured out how to install it (since it was bent the opposite way when it arrived), it works great!

Works great. Followed the instructions (and added clamps during the adhesive curing time of 24 hours) and after 6 months, not even a corner edge has been pulled or chewed loose. Serves its purpose well. Kind of expensive for what it is, and I wish the length was better-suited to protect 3 sides of a quality wooden crib. I had to buy 2 of these. But, my little beaver is now protected from wood and varnish.

I have two DaVinci cribs and both babies chew on the rails. I bought two of these to cover my twins' cribs rails (fronts and sides) and have had no issues. They were easy to cut to size and easy to apply. They stick well and the kids haven't been able to lift the edges. All in all, a good purchase. *update* I needed a third set and bought the thinner cover. I prefer the thinner ones. You don't need the wide ones since they babies are not going to be chewing on the outside of the crib rail, only the inside. They adhere well and my twins haven't been able to pull them off (yet). I wish I'd bought 3 sets of the thinner covers and saved a little money. Still haven't had issues with the kids lifting the edges or anything. Still happy with the purchase.

Perfect for our little who just started chewing his crib rail. Easy to install!

I've had this installed on our convertible crib for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems with it peeling off. One of the ends did stay a little curled up in the middle, but I tried to stretch it out a little to minimize that problem. I made sure to run a hard object over the adhesive part to make sure it was completely stuck down. You can tell if there are air bubbles underneath, and just roll them out to make sure it's stuck. It doesn't detract too much from the look of the crib like some fabric options, and it has a nice rubbery surface for my little one to bite down on if she wants.

My teething son was chewing on his crib rail, and would come away with little flecks of paint all around his mouth, which can't have been healthy. Now he still chews, but no harm done, to him or to the crib (convertible to a toddler and twin bed that my son will use for a long time.) It was annoying to have to clean the rail with alcohol before sticking the gummy cover to the crib, but overall, it took just a few minutes to install, and the toddler hasn't pulled it off, even though he probably could if he really wanted to. I bought two packs, but only used one, since he only chewed on the front rail. I've decided to keep the second roll. If we have a second child, I'll put this on the crib BEFORE baby starts teething.
