Good for doing "you know what" with "you know who"

TIP: I break them in half, they last longer, make less of a mess and do the job just fine. Before inserting, I melt/rub a little on the outside for extra lubrication. I honestly am beginning to hate this whole menopause thing. I couldn't wait for it to happen. But don't fall for it, it's a big trick. Sounds all great, NO MORE PERIODS!! I mean, what could possibly be so bad about that, right? Someone forgot to mention to me that I would break into a soaking sweat at a moments notice ten to fifteen times a day. Not ever get a good night sleep. Then there's the whole painful nookie thing! UGH!!! So my experienced menopause friend from church mentions these to me as a way to relieve "discomfort down there." It took me awhile to figure out what she was trying to tell me, because she would NEVER EVER talk about "you know what" that happens down there with "you know who." So I finally figured out what she was telling me and ordered some. I really don't want "you know who" to know that I have to use these, because it makes me feel really,......old. So, I grabbed one, and took it into the bathroom with me and placed it you know where. It's exactly like sticking a piece of butter up there. It slides right on up and it and then melts like butter. After I placed it, I had to squeeze like mad to keep it up there until I got back to bed. Let's just say, unless you do a lot of kegels, I would recommend just keeping them in the night stand next to the bed and sticking it "you know where" before doing "you know what" while laying down. Otherwise, it's going to slip right on out. Oh and when it does, it's going to leave a nice grease spot on your sheets. But it works. It relieves the pain.

This has been a life saver for me. I am 40 and have struggled with painful vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. I use one of these every day and I have noticed a big difference. Intercourse is no longer painful! In fact, I actually seem to have more desire than ever before. My husband has noticed a big change in how often I initiate our playtimes; where before I was always shying away out of fear. this stuff is excellent!!

I was going through menopause. I didn't realize how bad dryness was down below until I got involved with a new partner. Sex hurt! I tried Replens and it left horrible white curdled discharge that mortified me. I searched and found this on Amazon and read every review. I started using it and my boyfriend and I immediately had a much improved sex life. I also would suggest if you have dryness to read Dr. John Lee's book What the Doctor won't tell you about menopause and consider supplementing with bio-identical estrogen and progesterone. You can buy those products also on amazon and it has made the world of difference to me. ( I use smokey mountain naturals). I now keep these in stock. I put 1/2 in about a half hour to hour before intimacy and it works great. I also use it daily in smaller amounts to keep tissue healthy.

Great product---restores my love life to normal

I got this product while ago, but I decided to write a review to put in my two bits. I have actually used this product a long time. For me, it works really well--it relieves "intimate" dryness big time. It works whether it's an occasional problem, or frequent. It works whether the issue is due to hormonal changes, or general dehydration due to some types of meds (or hangovers)--it just works. Once it has melted, it feels quite natural, more than a lot of man-made lubricants on the market. It also feels natural to the user, as shortly after the initial application, you forget it's there and it has never caused a burning sensation, the way some commercial preparations do. It also seems to have the long term effect of helping to keep the tissue more supple. For those new users who are concerned that it can slide right out, try inserting it at bedtime--at least, lying down, and remaining in a reclining position for a few minutes. Then as it melts, it isn't a bad idea to massage it over the dryness-prone tissue a bit to make sure you "got it covered". If you do this at home, there are no issues with it being messy. The product does not look, smell, taste, etc. unnatural or chemical. I think you will be pleased with its effectiveness. Oh, and one last thing--it does go a long way, and the inserts can be cut in half or thirds and a lesser amount is just as effective in my experience.

Never write reviews but I am so impressed with the success of this product. I used it as someone on here recommended. Apply it every night for the first 10 days and then maybe 2 or 3 times a week after that. Now I plan on buying up a truck load. Won't need to go to using hormones!

Key-E...Fantastic Vaginal Moisturizer!

Key-E works quickly and effectively. Within the first week of use, I felt a vast improvement with the issue of with vaginal dryness that I've been dealing with for the past couple of years. I've tried several other products, even doctor-prescribed vaginal hormone creams, but none worked as well as Key-E for me. It is also easier to use and not messy like creams or liquid lubricants. Simply insert the solid vitamin E capsule then let it melt and moisturize the vaginal tissues. The most difficult part is removing the capsule (suppository) from the vacuum-sealed foil wrapping, although it gets easier with practice. Wish I had learned about Key-E sooner!

Already loved it, improved packaging

Love this stuff - I've already reviewed it once. It's still 5 stars, but I've gotta mention that they've improved the foil wrapper so it's easier to open. Been using this for a few years now and it's rejuvenating - pop one in every 2-3 days and the tissues are supple and moist and healthy again - I think it's taken about 10 years off the lady-parts. Inexpensive, effective, excellent product with regular use. I've recommended it to my regular doctor and my gynecologist, to pass the information along to others.

Don’t hesitate, Awesome Relief!

I Want to share this with all my post-50 sisters out there, because it took me years to find it myself!! Starting in my mid 40’s, suffered from infernal external feminine itch. Doc recommended Premarin. Helped some, but my price was $300 for 4 oz, and I wanted something natural, cheap, and with better results. Three things I have finally found: panax ginseng (1000 mg tablet by mouth daily) + Carlson Key-E Suppositories (1/2 suppository inserted twice a week), and Vit E oil on the external area occasionally as needed. I have tried each of these things on their own but do not get the best results with them individually, and have found that the total solution is to use all 3, and finally I am normal again. Solves the thin, dry internal skin, makes it thick and moist and comfortable, and erradicates the the external itch. You don’t need a whole suppository, they will last for months. So happy to have found these. Also highly recommended: Book Bio-Young by Roxy Dillon, talks about lots of herbal natural remedies to aging, that’s where I found some of my solutions and started looking for Vit E products.
