• LARGE PARING KNIFE – This will be your go to knife when having to cut bigger items while cooking. It is great at breaking down a whole chicken or larger fruits and vegetables. This larger paring knife has a 4-3/8 inch blade and an overall length of 8-3/8 inches.
  • STAINLESS STEEL BLADE – The hollow ground blade is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened. This paring knife is strong and designed to cut through tough foods with ease.
  • DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE - The handle is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but the handle on this knife is dishwasher tolerant. It has just the right thickness for comfort and performance.
  • AMERICAN MADE CUTLERY – Rada Mfg. Co. is located in Waverly, Iowa and has been manufacturing cutlery in the USA since 1948. Our mission is all about “providing our customers the best value of kitchen knives for their dollar.”

Wow, I'm hard to impress, but this is a GREAT knife! It came super sharp, and now that I've had it awhile, it has retained its fine edge. It has nice balance, excellent workmanship, supreme cutting results, and I LOVE that they are made here in the U.S.A. The aluminum handle is different for me, never had that, but now that I am used to it, it's fine. The handle has a slight (very slight) roughness to it, but that does provide a good, secure grip which you will need, because this knife is so sharp, one slip and you could be in trouble. I liked it so much, I have ordered a couple more Rada knives for my kitchen. There simply is nothing nicer when you are cooking than to have a capable, effective knife at your disposal that performs flawlessly. And their price point makes this a great buy.

I was simply looking to buy something practical to raise the price of my order to get free shipping. I needed a new paring knife, saw where this was made in the US, so I ordered one. This knife REALLY exceeded my expectations. It has a nice handle, a nice weight; feels good in my hand. Very sharp, does a great job. I will be ordering more knives from this manufacturer.

We have several of these knives in different lengths and are very pleased with them! These knives are good & hold a sharp edge for a long time.

I have purchased several more expensive knifes, swiss made, german made knives with glowing reviews. Each time I was disappointed with them, basically too dull. I needed something to trim chicken and nothing seemed to work well. This knife is much sharper, worked the best and was less expensive. I didn't buy this knife initially because it was less expensive and because of that I assumed it would be inferior....I was so wrong! Don't let the price fool you, it's better and it's made here in the USA! YAY!

Love all my Rada knives. They fit comfortably in your hand, look nice and stay sharp for years. Some of my knives I've had at least 40 years and they're still my favorites.

I have been using Rada Cutlery in my kitchen for years now. They are inexpensive, but perform better than any of the more costly brands I have tried. They last and last, are super sharp and are worth every penny. There will never be a day where I don't have Rada Cutlery as a staple in my kitchen!

Love them, Rada makes a great knife affordable. Why buy the foreign inferior ones that are the same price or higher. Thank you Rada Cutlery for marketing a great knife I can afford.

This knife is very sharp. My dad uses it to cut honeydew and cantaloupe. This company is in Iowa and so are we. My family has used this brand for many years. They are durable and last through multiple sharpenings.

I purchased the Super Parer with black handle. There is nothing fancy about this knife. It is simple, it is sharp, it is inexpensive and it works. The blade is thin, pointy and very flexible. This is not a stiff blade parer. The blade was sharp when purchased and has stayed relatively sharp over the last month. I have only had to re-touch the edge once.

What a paring knife, sharp, and to top it off it is made in the USA
