Excellent service & response!

Purchased a warranty for a refurbished GPS unit and had problems with the unit after using it on a long trip. I called customer service and reported my problems. They, immediately, sent me a prepaid UPS return label. I packed and shipped the unit back and they verified my problem and will be sending me a check for the purchase price of the unit. Although I have not yet received my refund I am confident that it is on the way. Found Square Trade to be responsive and quick to resolve my problem. I Highly recommend using their warranty service!

Great service, communication, and value

I bought my Xbox 360 used while in school in Arizona to play with my son online. We have had many of the same problems with the Xbox 360 as you see in other forums (we are now on our 6th, collectively). I was stationed in South Korea and mine broke again. The people at Squaretrade worked with me through many email messages covering various problems and dealt with all my issues with speed and efficiency. I cannot thank the people that worked continuously on this case enough. They refunded the full purchase price with no hassle whatsoever. I will use Squaretrade for ALL my electronics.

SquareTrade is GREAT!

I had purchased a Nintendo Ds for my son about a year ago. After some time, the right button on the DS was no longer working. I made the right choice in purchasing a warranty from Square trade who made the entire process as fast and simple as possible! I called them with the problem and with no questions asked, a refund was sent to me for the full amount of the Nintendo DS. Great company, great customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Square Trade is the best option on warranty's

I knew about Square Trade because Ebay. I bought some PC on Ebay & bought the Square Trade warranty. Now, almost three years later, I had a problem with one PC, filed my claim, and Square Trade resolved the claim in 2 days, by internet, and without too many questions and request's. Meanwhile I check prices for warranties in Square Trade compare to Best Buy's & Walmart, and Square Trade much better prices. From now on, I will stay with Square Trade.
