I should have got this before even I started to work
Sometimes relying on friends and family could be disappointing this little tool put everyone into a shame it was so easy to assemble and it never is so precisely which I was in shock the learning curve is very little and the result is almost beautiful "if you are in to tools"

Professional Sheetrock Hoist
I wish we had this hoist for all of our ceilings and walls. One person can do an entire room in less than a day. It was a lifesaver and we saved a significant amount money on installation costs. I was concerned about some of the reviews, but we found it to be very sturdy, heavy duty, and very easy to assemble. I would recommend this for anyone planning on putting sheetrock on ceilings or walls.

Great sheetrock lift
It works great, great features. I like it and would recommend it to my friends

Works great, and affordable
Did a small house with 10 ft ceilings pitched steeply. I like that its 3 large pieces that connect together. Extendable arms are a nice feature and allowed us to overhang 6 ft on a loft. Rubber wheels are nice and did not marr my wifes floor. Usage steps: Lift drywall, tilt sideways and set on top of lift which is lowered all the way. Then get it lined up and crank into place. Easy.

Great buy !
Works great takes a bit of getting used to, goes together easily, instructions poor . Comes apart for storage with no problems.

Does the job well. But a little scary sometimes! very happy I spent the money!
While this lift is not as well made as the american unit it is a direct copy of, it does the job quite well. The sudden drop of the upper cradle (noted in other reviews) as you are raising it takes some getting used to but other than that I am very happy I spent the money. I have now used it to hang approximately 110+ sheets of 4x12 drywall. What a huge labor saver. Money well spent.

Saved our backs!
This is wonderful! My husband and I had a lot of drywall to replace when we bought our house. It was a foreclosure and there was black mold everywhere. So we had 34 sheets of drywall to replace after we remediated the mold. This thing really pulled my butt out of the fire, I absolutely love this thing. It was worth every penny considering the aggravation it saved us.

Saves a lot of time
Oh man this thing is awesome. I was building my office, and I just didn't have time during the day to have friends and family come over to help. So I was able to do all of the Sheetrock with this, but it would definitely be helpful even with several people. With the Sheetrock on top of the system, it has plenty of "give" to handle the sheet hanging on one side (like grabbing underneath an electrical box or wire on the way up), so you just maneuver it a bit to unhang and keep on going up. It's also very easy to roll around, and every component swivels 360 degrees, plus there's a brake system for the wheels.

Good Tool for a Beginner
I only have a little experience with hanging drywall, but this tool only took about 5 minutes to assemble, and it feels solid unlike a lot of the plastic tools sold nowadays. I recently purchased my first house to flip and bought this tool to do most of the heavy lifting, and it's already lived up to my expectations. While I only have 8-foot ceilings to contend with, this lift extends farther, which will help if I ever run into sunken living rooms or tall ceilings. Unless you like grabbing a friend or two to help lift a 4x8 piece of drywall, you need a tool like this. Like I said, I don't have a lot of experience with hanging drywall, but this item seems like a durable and well-designed piece of equipment as far as I can tell.

Good product. Did the job. Proved useful for other things as well.
Used to install 4x10 drywall sheets on a 10 foot ceiling by myself. Could not possibly have done this otherwise. Assembled easily. Worked well. Nice price. Before doing the drywall, needed a way to get bundles of rock wool insulation into the attic. Tried doing this on a ladder. Wasn't happening. Thought of putting a piece of plywood on this and then raising the insulation bundle on that. Worked like a charm. After that, needed to put up the vapour barrier. Found this useful here as well in helping hold up the 6 mil plastic while fastening it in place. Bought it for one purpose. Found it very useful for two more.
