This blower motor fit perfectly in my 2002 Chevy Astro van. I do recommend for anyone that needs to replace a blower motor. I changed the resistor pack with it also since before I replaced this motor I only had one speed. I do recommend also having some spare vacuum hose tubes and replacing them due to them dry rotting. They will break while you are changing these. All you need to do to change this motor is remove the coolant and washer fluid reservoirs. Then unclamp the coolant hoses and cut open the motor housing. A few screws and motor comes out. I was able to get it out without removing the wheel from the motor. Then put the new motor and wheel in. Then put everything back together and enjoy AC or heat in your van. Best of luck with your repair.

I bought this to replace the factory one in my 2001 Chevrolet Blazer, since the original started whining. This was an amazing value; I cannot believe I got an ACDelco for $35. Installation is easy, but time consuming. Once you get the other crap out, this fits in very easily. I have had no problems at all and it runs great. NOTE: This is only for the standard models, this will not support the models with climate control!

Works great. First one i ordered ended up shattering the blade all through my air box, must've had a cracked blade. The sent me a replacement in a day and it is working just fine. Alittle advice have a good atyitude and be patient while installing the blades are very brittle. Remove bolts for computer and flip it up over toward center of engine, undo 3 nuts for coolant resevoir and sit it up on your battery and you have a nice clear shot to get at it.

It has 5 small screws, 2 of which are tough to manage but if you remove the 3 mount screws for the ECU it'll slide over enough to help...also, the ECU screw will be easy to pound out a bit, mainly the one closest to the blower, to allow replacement...rotate it to find the slimmest flange area to insert it then simply turn it into position and screw it it in!

Whoever sad this was an easy install is full of _____. It was a challenge even after removing the computer and coolant over flow. The screw for the rear coolant tank mount kept get6ing in the way while installing new motor. Removing the computer and coolant over flow made the job easier. Better than paying a shop to do this. It just takes time and patients.

Works well. It is a fairly easy install. Remove negative battery cable. Remove bolts that hold the computer in place. I just moved the computer off to the side. Remove the nuts that hold the plastic radiator reservoir, remove the hose that connects it the radiator, lift out out. The bolt that holds the reservoir closest to the fan needs to be removed. It has a small clip that holds it in place to the inner fender and is taken out through the bottom. Disconnect the wire plug and vent hose on old fan. I would recommend taking the bottom screws out first. Remove fan and replace with new one.

Worked like a champ! Quiet function and drop-in fit/form/function. However, removal/install was a pain! Had to pull the mounting stud for the CPU/over-flow tank out of the fender liner to squeeze the unit into the original location.

Replaces my old blower motor, original on a 2003 Chevy S-10, 4.3, because it was stopping at times and made a little sound. After installing this new motor, it works perfect and is very quite. Make sure you blow out compartment with an air hose when you replace because it could contain dust and dirt.

Easy to install and works as it should. If yours is burned out or not working on lower fan speeds then I suggest replacing your resister also since that could be why your fan burned out or not working in all speeds or your wiring is fried

Works good, quiet. Pretty easy to install if you 1st remove the vehicle computer ( dont unplug it) which is 3 bolts. Then it is only a few easy screws to R & R the fan.
