I use these once per year for two weeks (don’t skip a single day) along with a regular whitening toothpaste when I brush twice per day. Ever since I began using them, I get compliments about how white my teeth are. Every six months at my cleanings, my dentists (I’ve had 3 in 3 years due to military moves) and without fail they have each commented on how white my teeth are. Never had a professional whitening procedure done in my life. So they DO work. I’m a non-smoker and seldom drink dark teas/coffees.

Effective and easy

Works as advertised. They have made the strips easier to work with than when these first hit the market years ago. I didn't experience any sensitivity, but that may be because I didn't use the strips on consecutive days. Once every two to three days takes longer to whiten your teeth of course, but if you're not in a hurry that schedule may help with any potential sensitivity.

Worked well for me!

This kit has served as my introduction to using whitening strips and it has worked wonders for me. My teeth are now a shade or two whiter thanks to this. As this kit has only 10 pairs of strips, I used the first one with the recommended instructions, then realized that the crowns of my teeth are quite sensitive to it so I snipped all the 9 remaining pairs of strips into two and applied them to the outer surface of my teeth so as to avoid the sensitive areas, giving me 18 pairs of strips to use. After using them with the light, they have successfully lightened my smile and I'm quite satisfied.

I liked it, it was a little strong on my gums, but got the job done. I am a Dental Hygienist, and I prefer the crest to in office whitening. I think it's gentler and just as effective,

White teeth within a few days!

I used these a few years ago and the results were dramatic. Haven't used the for about 4 yrs and my teeth had definitely yellowed. I looked at them closely one day, Eww, and right then I ordered Crest white strips again. After 3 days there was a big difference. Now 6 days in and their a beautiful WHITE again. I'll always use these. Afterwards my teeth are not anymore sensitive than prior to use.

It really works!

I used it once a day and after using six packets, I noticed that my teeth got whiter. After the six consecutive uses, my teeth got a bit sensitive, thereafter, I only used it every other day. Highly recommended!

Crest White Strips are my secret weapon!

I smoked for 7 years and I drink coffee and used to drink a lot of red wine. I have used crest white strips for something close to a decade. For a while I will use them once a week and then for one reason or another I'll fall off my self care and forget to do them or run out and not be able to afford more. However I ALWAYS end up coming back to these. I have had my teeth professionally whitened at the dentist and that was extremely expensive and the sensitivity I experience afterward was not even worth it. My teeth were definitely very white but as I just said the pain and sensitivity made it not worth it. I use these once a week every week and I absolutely see a difference in the shade of my enamel and I have zero sensitivity.

I'll always order these!

I get compliments on how white my smile is ALL the time. I only order these about every two years when I notice my smile starting to get dull. For the first 5 applications, I let them sit on my teeth for about 30 minutes, using every other day (10 days total) then I use one application every two weeks for 30 minutes just to maintain. Works great, and after I'm out my smile stays white for a really long time before I feel like it's time to order again!

Loved this product! It worked!

Great product! I was skeptical at first because any OTC teeth whitening product I’ve ever used never worked for me. Only professional dental bleaching has. I got a free teeth mold where you put the bleach gel in with my dentist, with the purchase of some dental work. And the other one, I did 3 dental visits while I was Peru to have some bleaching done (it came out to less $100). But I could never afford the regular price of a dental bleaching here in the states. So I tried it and saw a difference after the 5th treatment. I did like that you can use it everyday until you’re done with all 14 treatments. That way you can see results a lot quicker. I did use a blue LED light I had from another whitening treatment that didn’t work for me. I saw they sell these same whitestrips that does include an LED light by the way. I’m sooo happy with the results that now I smile with so much confidence. With the $5 off coupon on here. I got it for less than $30. Definitely more affordable than dental bleaching. I’ll be repurchasing this regularly now (every 6 months like it says) to always have a nice, white smile.
