Schmetz needles are my favorites for my Pfaff Sewing/Embroidery machine. I moved farther away from the nearest Jo-Ann's store, so I tried Amazon...you did great! Decent pricing and fast delivery won me over. Thanks so much.

My last sewing needle broke mid project. After shopping around I saw this package and thought it seemed like a good bargain. So far the first one I have used has held up really well! Great buy!

This package has the sizes that I use most often. They also happen to be the sizes that are most often sold out at the craft store (especially if there's a notions sale). That's why I decided to order them here. These sizes are for normal sewing, with normal weight fabric. The 70/10 is good for cotton that's just double layers, and the 80/12 and 90/14 are good for more layers or thicker materials.... Like when you have fusible fleece in between, are installing a zipper, or are working with light canvas. Honestly I use my needles for longer then your "supposed" to according to various things I've read... You are supposed to change the needle for every new project... But I tend to use them until I either notice a stitch quality issue or I manage to accidentally break it by forgetting to change the needle position for special feet (this being the more common death for my needles *sigh*).

These fit my old Bernina Record very well. High quality, reliably well made

I sew and quilt a lot. The needle will make or break a project. I’m always surprised when people who sew take their machines in for repair when changing the needle or using bad needles is the problem. These needles wear well and last. They are the only ones I trust with my projects.

I just used one of these to replace in my Brother CS6000i sewing machine and it works great.

I recently purchased a used, but in great condition sewing machine. The accessories did not come with it so i needed to purchase them myself. These needles come in a variety of sizes, different fabrics needs a different needle size. They are very strong, sturdy, sharp and beginner friendly. They come in a cute little box which is small enough to fit in the storage compartment of a sewing machine or a sewing box.

Always good to have a selection of universal needles on hand! It is important to change your needle to match the type of fabric you are working with. Using a 100/16 on a sheer will leave holes and pulls, and a 70/10 on denim will surely lead to broken needles. I try to make sure that I always start a new project with a new needle. Keep these on hand to ensure there are plenty available.

I like Schmetz needles better than any I have used and I have been sewing for 50+ years. I live in a small town and it is becoming harder to find places that sell that sell sewing machine needles at all much less Schmetz! This was a good price for the amount of needles contained.

I like that I’m getting to know my machine. But I got them because my needle broke. Once I changed it I was able to jump on easier and I feel more comfortable. I even switched to zigzag mode. After you put it on it looks a little off but it’s not.
