Even better than I imagined

This thing is fantastic. I had been using the bag that came with my drill and impact driver and thought this might be an upgrade, well I was dead wrong. This thing is 100x better than I anticipated. It has pockets galore and the interior is big enough for my drill, impact drive, angle grinder, hammer, and I'm using about 1/3 of it's capacity. To say this thing is perfect for the home DIYer doesn't even do it justice. You will NOT regret buying this thing I promise.

This 16 Tradesman's Tool Bag is top notch. It is constructed of heavy duty nylon cloth material. The material is much heavier than the fabric used on the smaller Dewalt bags. Nice padding on the grip handles. Zipper is robust and heavy duty. Four rubber feet on each outside bottom corner is a nice touch, too. It has one Velcro covered pouch on the outside with the Dewalt logo. It is heavy duty as well. It has 12 interior pockets of various sizes and one long shallow zippered interior pouch. One reviewer stated his bag had all the same size interior pockets, not the one I have. The bag is much taller than I expected. The mouth is reinforced with two small, sewn in, metal rods that run along the length of the bag -- great feature. This bag has a shoulder strap which I immediately took off. A manly man shouldn't carry a tool bag with a shoulder strap. I'm thinking about making a dog collar out of it. The reason I bought this bag is I was wanting a bag for my Dewalt 7 1/4" 20 volt circular saw. The saw I purchased came with no bag nor a case. I believe in taking care of my tools and I do not like to lay my tools loose in storage. This bag fits the 7 1/4" saw perfectly even with a 6.0 amp battery attached. And there is still room for an extra battery and a charger. I highly recommend this bag. It is a great value and well made.

Good, strong product

Good strong product. I got this for my Dad to store his Dewalt drill I got him for the holiday. I wanted to give him plenty of room and extra pockets for his other tools too. He doesn’t have tons of tools, but he has enough that his closet was a mess. So this, I thought would be a good gift. The case has a strong top that seems to have some sort of metal weaved into the opening that opens and shuts. I own many Dewalt tools, and I like them, even though they cost a bit more, so I payed a bit extra for a drill and bag for my Dad.

Great value for money

I wanted a bag for my Circular SAW and i wasn't sure this size will fit. surprising it fits ! the saw is resting great inside the bag and there is plenty of room for more tools like headphones and gloves meter and other stuff. The bag is well made and hard. not very heavy . looking forward to use it :-)

Awesome Bag

I was always making trips back and forth from the basement to the site of my latest home project, but this bag is great and nicely organizes everything. Now any time I need to take my tools, I just grab my bag. To give you an idea of size, in the main pocket I keep my cordless drill, lamp, drill bit box, duct tape, a 1-foot level, and an assorted box of screws and hooks. I’ve been using this for 6 months and it’s my favorite purchase of the year.

Used 2.5 years as a stone/brick mason, highly recommend

The shoulder strap finally broke on my toolbag. I bought it Dec 2017 and it is now 5-27-2020. No complaints at all, daily use carrying trowels, strikers, hammers, levels ever4ywhere I go. Always using the shoulder strap. Some of the pockets started getting small holes in the bottom from tuckpointers poking at them repeatedly. If this bag isn't tough enough for you, you are one tough son of a b***h!! I'm ordering another one today, funny how the price even went down $6 for my repurchase.

Great quality bag !

I love the way this bag looks and feels! This is such a good purchase at a great price! For bits and screws maybe It would be best to invest in an assortment box or the like to keep those organized. Other than that - you can’t go wrong with this buy.

Solid construction, lots of pockets, lots of space

Check out the video on youtube if you want to see a demo. Inside is spacious. There are pockets around the perimeter of the inside that alternate large, small, large, small. Small ones will hold a screwdrive, large ones will hold items like 25' tape measure, channel locks, rj-45 crimper, etc. Even with the inside perimeter full of tools there is still enough space inside to toss in my 18v drill and an angle grinder. Outside pockets are not really useful to me but there are tons of them if you need a place to put more stuff. I prefer to keep all my tools zipped up inside so nothing grows legs and walks away on the jobsite.

Dewalt - Sturdy Tool Bag

Great sturdy tool bag with a lot of room. Very pleased with all the pockets, design, and space the Dewalt tool bag has to offer. I did a lot of "research" on canvas tool bags and for the dimensions, durability, and aesthetics - this was more bang for the buck.
