We purchased these the same day we purchased our Excalibur dehydrator simply because many reviewers said it would be a good investment. In truth, we have used them many times and can't imagine not having them for dehydrating cooked sweet potatoes, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit rolls and leathers. One of the best things about this product is they are dishwasher safe on the top or bottom rack. I've never had to spray the sheets with any type of non-stick spray, because they truly are "non-stick" as advertised. Dehydrated foods just peel right off with no problem. As mentioned, we have only had these a couple of months, but they appear to be very durable and well worth the cost. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in having a great accessory for their Excalibur.

All I can say is wow!!! This work great. I'm not eating durability at this time as they are new and I just started using them, but they worked great for dehydrating juiced carrots- mixed the juice back in to the pulp (its for dog/cat food and juicing them makes it easy to add to the meat mix). I've also done zucchini, peppers, as well as tomato and celery, which stick horribly to the grids. Everything slides right off!

I paid a small fortune buying these from Excaliber for use in my dehydrator. I had no idea that I could buy them elsewhere! Silly me! When I saw these, they LOOKED the same, so I thought I'd try them. They are exactly like those I paid a fortune for! Fantastic! The only thing I don't like about ANY of them, I'd washing them. They're large and you really need a flat surface to wash them. Then you need a place to put them to dry. THAT I dislike a lot. If someone has a solution to the "washing problem," I'd love to hear it! The two sets I bought here, I cut into smaller pieces to use between pieces of meat when I vacuum seal and freeze them. I specifically wanted them to freeze cold cuts. I put the cold cuts into lunch bags, separated with pieces of these mats, vacuum sealed them and put them in the freezer. Last night I took out a few bags for dinner. They separated without ANY effort! Love these things! So many uses I can think of. Now, any suggestions for washing them?

I bought these to make a few things that would be leathers, long term storage items. These are used when you take generic or affordable spaghetti sauce. Pour it on one of these liners, than repeat for the other liners and place in your dehydrator. After dehydrating, if you store in a bag, sealed well, in glass jars, you create a food that hydrates easy with water and heat and has a shelf life of 15 years or more if kept in the dark and coolness of a basement. Applesauce made the same way as above will keep as long and you can add cinnamon for flavor as well. These are perfect for long term and to make everyday fruit leathers for the kids or hiking. Adding to a bender, pour on this sheet, dehydrate and dry. You have made a perfect snack inckuding some sauces like spaghetti sauce for you campfire meals....

These are perfect for making fruit leather or roll-ups. We have 10 Great-grandchildren and these are perfect to be able to give them fruits that they love. We also are into prepping for hard times and these sheets fit into our dehydrator and then clean up easily.

These are literally 1/10 of the price of the name brand (Excalibur) silicone mats and they work FANTASTIC!! Makes fruit leather a breeze and clean-up of anything we dehydrate so, so easy. I can't even begin to express how pleased I am with these. I've recommended to several friends. Try it--you'l LOVE it!

these sheets worked great. I tried making fruit leather for the first time, if not for these sheets id still be trying to figure out how to make it. they are very good quality. I have used these many times to make different things, fruit leather, drying homemade pasta and some fruits that require more than the mesh screens from the stock trays. easy to use, washing is simple and as with anything associated with my dehydrator I always wash with mild or very little soap. rinse thoroughly with cold water. tap off the excess water and dry in dehydrator to completely dry. I store these in the original box they came in rolled up. I roll them the opposite way every time . cant say enough

First time ordering from this seller, but sure will not be the last. I dehydrate a LOT and need plenty of these sheets to make my business run smoothly. The peice was right so I ordered them. After a few days I checked the tracking and noticed they had been delivered, but I had not recieved anything in the mail. I checked with my neighbors and same street numbered houses on different streets, still no package. Thinking there was nothing I coud do but reorder, I emailed the seller and explained the situation. My email was responded to in 15 minutes and a new package was sent out that day. Excellent customer service in a world that is quickly loosing any understand of the term. The sheets work perfect, and they came rolled so there was no crease as in a previous customers review. Which tells me they are listening. So I will continue to look here for supplies I need and recommend they highly. One satisfied customer.

Used these for about 60 days of continuous dehydrating last year converting 300+ lbs of fruit to fruit leathers. A couple lost a thread or two along the edges but not any more so than my official Excalibur branded ones (which were more per sheet than this whole box!). They are just a bit thinner than the Excalibur ones but work just fine.

I listened to another reviewer and tried sheets from Walmart. What a horrible mistake! Just did not work, wrong size, drying took forever, and had to turn items to dry the bottom. With these you still have to turn, but they are much easier to handle and fit perfectly. Most of the time unless I am making jerky, I put one on the bottom rack only to catch spills. These have been used more than a dozen times and while they do have some stains on them, they have no rips or tears. I love to dehydrate food!
