I swear by this merderma product

I swear by this product! I have been a face picker for a decade and this has helped decrease scars. Even old scars from mountain biking and club soccer whether on my knees, shins, shoulders, hips, etc I have used this on very dark deep purple scars that are a decade old and in one to two weeks u see obvious noticeable differences. The scars lighten, get smaller, keyloid scars flatten out. Seriously this is part of my daily routine. My boyfriend thought I was crazy but when he used it overnight on a particularly bad cut from his razor it was healed so fast he loves this stuff too! If you find it in the store it is so expensive! This is the best price I have ever been able to find it at! I literally ordered four of these it was such a good price and I swear by this product. I am a nurse and patients post op are always looking for something to help minimize scars. I tell them of my success with this product all the time.

helped reduce recent surgery scar

I used one tube of Mederma Scar Cream on a small surgical site on my neck. After the wound completely closed and no scab was present, I applied the cream to the scar twice daily for several months. Much to my surprise, the scar seemed to heal very well with little evidence of the surgery to be seen or felt. I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is worried about a scar from a recent surgery.

It works, even on older scars

I had moderate expectations for this, but after using it for a few weeks on a scratch scar that was over a month old and quite obvious, I was surprised and pleased with the results. My scar faded significantly. Used as directed, multiple times a day, I saw results.

Very nice feeling on your face!

This is the greatest jell! It feels so good & is starting to lighten up my age spots. Also my uneven skin pigments on my neck that are becoming more apparent as I grow older! It does help to clear up my Diabetic acme too. It is light & not heavy nor greasy. It does not have a heavy fragrance!

It is a very thin cream so I never feel like it is caked on there

I have multiple scars on my face from cosmetic mole removals and I use this product religiously on them. It is a very thin cream so I never feel like it is caked on there, and the best part is that it is SPF 30 so it protects your scars from the sun (which is the worst thing for scars). I have been using it for a few months and I have noticed improvements in my scars, but it is impossible for me to say if that is for sure from the cream or just because time has passed. But I would recommend this at least for the moisture and sunscreen it provides. A little goes a long way so this bottle will last a while.

This cream does the wonders!! I started using it as soon as the stitches dissolved. The picture is a result for aproximately 4 to 5 days after using the cream. I love it. I apply it on the scar at least 4 times a day and I will continue until I am satisfied with the results.

Great for minimizing & eliminating the appearance of scars!

This product is great works magic in new scars & healing scratches fast & with minimum to no scarring. Great for minimizing new scars & eliminating the appearance of old scars! This is my first time purchasing but will continue to buy some more int he future. I was worried about the small tube it comes from but just a dab of it takes care of a lot! Thanks!

WORKS BUT TAKES TIME!

This price on Amazon is a better deal than any store. This does work but I have found that you have to put it on scars two to three times a day. I just keep it by the bathroom sink and apply it whenever I go in there. You put it on 4 months and then all of a sudden one day you're scar just disappears. I think most people quit using it before it has a chance to fully work because I have used it on several different scars including a pretty bad burn scar that was completely flat but very red. It took about 4 months and I didn't see any results until 3 months but then it just disappeared and I no longer even have to put it on that scar anymore. It's completely natural like the rest of my skin. I think a lot of times people quit applying it often and also just quit applying it in general because they don't see the results but it is working.

Worth trying

I loved how this cream made my scar feel flexible. I had a triple bypass and the incision would not heal. When it finally healed I ended up with a scar that was puckered up and tight. The cream was working really good but I ended up having to stop using it. I had an allergic reaction to it and it was making the scar very irritated. I was so sad that I couldn't keep using it. I recommend that you try this cream. I'm probably the only one with the allergic reaction.

I think its the best daytime scar removal product overall and I've tried a few different options

I got a big bruise on my face a few months ago and have been using this Mederma Plus SPF in the day and Mederma PM at night. The bruise has definitely been reducing (not sure how much of that is the normal healing process) and I definitely saw an improvement in a tiny raised acne scar I've had for 4 months as soon as I started using them. But the #1 reason I really recommend this Mederma for daytime use and went back to using after trying silicone gel, is Mederma dries really well under makeup and doesn't look weird and the SPF 30 is so helpful because I would probably be lazy to put on spf if it wasn't for that! So useful!
