Perfect for adding a touch (or more) garlic to your dishes & garlic bread without all the added salt of garlic salt. And it lasts much longer than a jar in your fridge or not having fresh garlic on hand. But I'll admit, I never buy fresh garlic. This does nicely & my husband likes garlic.

Yes, folks, just ONE simple ingredient, which is garlic, garlic and more garlic! And it's in the best way possible for not fresh garlic, which is granulated. Not powdered, not chopped and stored in citric acid, but granulated which is the easiest to use and in my opinion holds flavor better than anything aside from fresh. You can mix it into soups, stews, chowders, stir-fries, curries, meat loafs, burger patties, and more or sprinkle it directly onto your meat. Add it to fry sauce and tartar sauce and mustard sauce and pizza sauce and any other savory sauce you can think of. Use it to make garlic toast even! And on top of that, this is a whale of a buy! Even the store where I usually buy seasonings in bulk charges half again as much as this costs for their granulated garlic.

I know this sounds so silly because we are only talking about garlic powder, but this is the best garlic powder I have ever purchased. I am 100% Italian. The authentic garlic flavor is like no other!! Super close to the taste & flavor of fresh pressed cloves. Excellent Price!! You can’t go wrong.

This is a standard spice in our kitchen cabinet. Instead dressing our salads with store-bought dressings, we use olive oil, salt, vinegar, and this granulated garlic (top it all off with cracked black peppercorns). The texture allows a better opportunity to hand mix this in without clumps (like what garlic powder can do). If you hand-mix your oil and spices onto your salads or barbecued vegetables, I recommend this granulated garlic to give it the flavor you are looking for.

Love, love this garlic powder. The garlic is perfectly ground, the perfect size and for what it is, fairly potent. I keep one of these on hand all the time, and add it to eggs, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta and perogies. In fact, I tend to add it to all my carbs

This product is good quality, with fresh aroma and flavor. The price is very reasonable, especially if you shop to compare how expensive many other brands of granulated Garlic are. I have tried items costing as much as 6 times the price per ounce, and found virtually no difference. PROS: Good aroma and flavor, fair price. CONS: Is a product of China (some folks boycott Chinese products). I recommend this product for people who use granulated Garlic often and do not want to pay the high price of local grocery stores.

we normally buy McCormick Granulated Garlic in the small bottles sold in grocery stores. We use a lot of garlic, both granulated and fresh, so we appreciated being able to purchase this large quantity at a lower unit prices. We pour it into smaller bottles for everyday use. Make your own spice mixes, for example, sea salt and garlic without the additives.

Something a bit odd about this product. It isn't the same as powdered garlic, not the same as fresh garlic. It has a 'toasted' smell and taste that make it an iconic garlic. It is not carried locally, so was happy to find it here. I have substituted other garlic forms when I've run out of this...and the outcome is NOT the same! It is a must-have on my spice shelf.

While fresh is always superior, McCormick Granulated Garlic, 26-Ounce is a fine substitute, We do not like preparing fresh garlic with all the peeling and dicing and the smell on our hands. Consequently we use a lot of prepared garlic with the first preference being the jars of garlic from the supermarket but when the extra moisture would ruin an entree, McCormick Granulated Garlic is a fine substitute with a tremendous shelf life.

Granulated garlic is no match for fresh but when you work and have a life and need a sprinkle of garlic without the hassle, this is what you want. The price is amazing and the quality is even better. McCormick is a brand you can trust for entry level herbs and spices but the garlic is top shelf. As a Sicilian, I need my garlic and McCormick does garlic proud.
