The ONLY sandals I wear

I have been purchasing Reef sandals, specifically this model, since I was 18 (almost 20 years now). They are by far the most comfortable sandal around and they LAST forever. My first pair was almost 15 years old when I finally had to retire it because I had worn the sole down so thinly that the straps were starting to show on the sole. Reef makes the highest quality sandal around. This "Smoothy" model is a very plain model, but its the perfect everyday sandal for us Floridians. They are just so comfortable to wear. When I'm not at work in the ER wearing closed toe shoes... these are what I have on. They are hard to find in stores unless you live near a Beach Store, so I'm glad I was able to find these on Amazon. I hope they never stop making this model of Reef Sandals.

Best Flip Flop ever.

best flip flops around... and Ive tried them all. Pros- Comfortable out the box. no break in period. Cheap- 25 bucks for flip flops... Yasssss. comfy- all day comfy. I wore them all over Europe exploring. Light- they don't weigh much hard foam soles- NOT RUBBER. I have another more expensive pair of reefs with rubber soles. The rubber is now really, really slippery. The hard foam doesn't do this. Cons- Slippery when wet. Hit a mud puddle and try and walk in these. very slippery. Wear out quickly- I got 2 years out of my last pair. It would be double that in a pair of Rainbow Flops. The toe thong after 2 years could go at any moment. Plan ahead if you are in Europe and this is your only pair of shoes. Cant say enough good things about these Flops. Buy em.

OMGGG SO YUMMY!!! CHANGED MY LIFE!

I have got to say, these flip flop's flavor is just IMMACULATE. I mean, the first bite is super M O I S T. These honestly changed my life and my diet! My hair is so healthy now from eating flip flops! I mean, like WOW. Who knew they would taste so good??? My favorite meal to make with flip-flops has gotta be A la flip de la carte. Like DAMN, make sure to put extra seasonings! 1002938482/10 would buy again! This brand has gotta be my all time favorite, good for a late night snack, luncheon, or even a fancy date night dinner! I feel as if the men's flip-flops are so much more thicc and chewy in my opinion, but these pair have gotta be my FAV! Keep up the good work! (a suggestion is that you should make them a little more spongy, since I adore the texture of squishy sponge) ;)

Awesome flip flops

I love Reef flops. Been wearing them for years. I live at the beach so they get a lot of wear and tear. No break-in period and no blistering between toes. Thick rubber soles take the shape of your feet after a few weeks. Comfortable fabric straps across the top of your feet make wearing these very comfortable. A bit small on the heel of foot so I order 1 size larger to ensure instant proper fit. Otherwise, it takes a few weeks of wear for the rubber soles to relax to the shape of the heel of your foot.

the best flip flops I have ever owned

These are by far, the best flip flops I have ever owned. They are phenomenally comfortable! Very light, and durable. I have been wearing them daily for almost six months, and they have quickly become my favorite! The sandal, as it's name implies feels very smooth and soft, the straps do not chaff between the toes, and do not feel constricting, or abrasive in any way. They are easy to keep clean. Yes, they do run a bit small, and a little narrow if you have wide feet, but it's not to the point where your foot will come into contact with the ground, and it does not look bad. In my opinion, they are more comfortable than the Reef Contour Smoothy, and the Havaianas Top sandal. After buying 3 pairs of Reef Smoothy's it seems like the newer sandals are 3-4mm shorter than my older sandals, and are now made of a slightly harder compound. They are also more slick on the soles. I still like them, they still fit me with a little overhang (1-2mm)at the back while putting pressure on my feet. The straps are much tighter. I actually had to use my fingers to get the new ones on. I liked the snug fit of the Smoothy, I just hope this one breaks in to the level of comfort as my first 2 pairs. I'm not taking any stars off... yet.

I`ve been wearing Reef smoothies for about 15 years now and they are the best I have found. I have read comments like "the size has changed or these are too slippery,etc." I have been wearing a size 11 since I started buying these and have not noticed a change. they are slippery when you first take them out of the package but this goes away after about a minute of wear ! I wear them daily and they usually last a year or better. I have tried many different brands (other Reef models also). I will stay with these.

Perfect fit nice and comfy

2nd pair of these. Order your normal shoe size. The straps will fit a bit tight at first(I had to wedge my foot in), but they stretch out after a few wears. Getting them wet and wearing till dry will help stretch them quicker. Otherwise perfect fit. Bed is nice and soft unlike other sandals. Like walking on foam.

I've been wearing Reef smoothy sandals for years. After my last ones wore out a few years ago I decided to try some other brands. Well nothing really came close. These are super comfortable. The fabric is really soft and the smoothy sandal is thick and cushioned. I ordered a size 11 and it was too small so I returned it and got a size12 that is perfect. I don't thick I'll try to switch anymore .

Super comfortable sandals that look and feel great.

I normally wear a 13 and I ordered a 14 based on other reviews. The size is fine, but I would have been okay to have gone up to a 15 as well. I would recommend 1-2 sizes above what you normally wear, unless you don't want any sandal past the back of your heel. Otherwise, these Reefs are super comfortable and I love wearing them. They seem to be just as good as the other two pair I've had for over 7 years. I wear my sandals just about everyday and I know they really hold up well over time.

Reefs are the best flip flops you can buy

Love the smoothies they are the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever worn. I wear these everywhere even to work out in and working around the house. They last a long time. Very durable. I’ve gone through several other flip flops in an attempt to find one as comfortable as the smoothies. Not sure why reef doesn’t expand the smoothie line. Bring back the other colors and produce more of these so they are easier to find in my size.
