This is an awesome pan! I bought it to make hamburger buns and I was not disappointed. This is a heavy duty quality pan although it was a bit pricey it will last me forever. I over filled the well cups with dough and as a result the tops look like a muffin top but they were delicious and who says hamburger buns have to be conventional shape? I would definitely recommend this pan.

Living GF for a decade now has been a challenge; however, since I purchased this pan to make sandwich/hamburger buns life is so much easier! Thank you!!! I was using small cake pans for a few years which worked okay until the coating started to peel like the old Teflon pans we all know and hate... I decided to pay the extra and try this pan -- so, so glad I did. No regrets. Actually I've decided to get a 2nd so I can make small cakes instead of huge cupcakes that are too tall to eat without issues as well as danishes, etc. As so many have found living GF it's not hard once you get use to it and have the equipment to make homemade GF food with love...

After switching to a gluten free diet over a year ago, it has been difficult to bake bread that rises well enough to use as sandwich bread. I figured that attempting to make buns would likely be the better option, considering there would not be a need for the bread to rise as much. This pan works perfectly for that purpose! I would also like to mention that overall, this is also one of the best non-stick pans I have EVER purchased. There was absolutely NO sticking at all with this pan. When I took the buns out of the pan, it looked like I had never even used it--Not one crumb stuck to the pan!! I sure hope it continues to perform like this! I will admit that I hesitated to purchase this pan because of the price, but it was well worth it!!

This is a greatTart Pan. Each tart cavity is about 4 1/2 inches at the top and about 4 inches at the bottom. They tart cavities are a little larger than your average mini tart pan. Most mini tarts are about 2-3 inches in diameter. The extra inch gives you a better size tart. It’s not just 2 to 3 bites and you’re done. The whole pan is a great size. It’s good that the tarts are all connected. It makes it so much easier to take the tarts in and out of the oven. It also gives you some overlay if your crust comes out of the tart cavity a little. The pan is also a good weight. It’s not light and flemsy at all. It’s made of steel and is very sturdy. This makes it a lot easier to get it in and out of the oven. I love that it is non-stick. And It is extremely non-stick! I sprayed the tart cavities with a little cooking spray, but I really didn’t have to. I used a puff pastry crust and they literally slide right out! I’ve never used a non-stick pan that was this non-stick before. Because the pans are individual, you can make different types of tarts at the same time. Not just one, like the larger tart pans. You can custom each tart depending on what type each person wants. It really comes in handy if you have picky eaters. Overall, The Mini Fluted Tart Pan is a great item. With this pan, the possibilities are endless!

I loove this bun pan! I got it to make my own hamburger buns as we live about 30 miles from any store that has decent buns and I do love a good burger! I never have to use any spray or such.....everything just slides right out!!! I wish i could replace all of my pans with this brand!!

I like making breakfast egg sandwiches on bread or english muffins, and I've tried MANY pans until I ran across this one. I've tried the egg rounds that you use in a pan on your stovetop, and while some worked better than others, it's still easier to just pop a pan in the oven and not have to tend anything. I tried oversized cupcake/muffin pans, and a nordicware mini pie pan, and nothing has worked as nicely as the USA Pans mini cake pan. First off, it's the perfect size. It will fit a sandwich size piece of bread, or be ever so slightly oversized on an english muffin. The cups are tall enough so I can make little crustless mini quiche as well -- Just fill the cup with the filling of your choice, brocolli, spinach, ham, cheese, etc and pour an egg+milk mixture over it, bake for about 20-30 min at 325-350, and breakfast is made for the week. Egg is SUPER sticky. Every other pan I have tried has not released cleanly, leaving spots of egg on the so I would actually have to wash the pan in between batches. I tried all different kinds of sprays, manually greasing the pans with butter/shortening, and the eggs ALWAYS stuck in other pans. The paint even came up on my last pan (nordicware mini pie pan) it stuck so horribly. NOT IN THIS PAN! This pan really is non-stick. I had a little bead of grease/butter actually ROLL OUT OF THE PAN when I was done. It's hand wash only, which concerned me before I received the pan, but now that I have it -- no problem, a quick swish with soapy water and it's clean. Nothing sticks to it! So happy with this pan. I'll be trying out breads in this pan, but for my initial intended use (egg rounds) - I couldn't be happier. I'm going to get one for my mom before she pulls paint out of her nordicware pan like I did. Love this pan so much, I got their pain de mie (pullman pan) as well (which is also fantastic!) Now I have fresh bread to make my breakfast egg sandwiches with.

If you want or need this size pan, stop reading reviews right now and buy it. Yes, it seems a bit pricey, but it's worth it. It's made in the US, the quality is exceptional, the performance is top notch - this will last you a lifetime, unless you go out of your way to destroy it. In the past couple of years, I have slowly been replacing all of my baking pans with USA Pans - bread pans, cake pans, sheets, etc. I ordered this one specifically to make low carb burger buns, which it did perfectly, with no sticking and even browning. If you want to use this to make cakes from a standard cake recipe, you will need either 2 pans or plan on having to bake and cool the first batch and then do a second batch. From a traditional 2-layer cake recipe, you can expect 8-12 mini cakes, depending on how much you fill them/how thin you want your layers. I really adore the size of the cakes these turn out, so I intend to order another pan. Mini layer cakes are adorable! I have 2 in the freezer on stand-by, just waiting for a reason to celebrate.

This pan is fantastic! I purchased it to make Gluten Free Hamburger Buns. It is just the right size! The problem I had with some of the other pans (bun/muffin tops) was that the bun would be quite a bit smaller on the bottom, making it hard to cut in two. This pan has a slight slope which makes it just perfect, and the right size for hamburger patties (pre-made or homemade). It also works well for veggie burgers. I can see lots of other options for this pan such as individual quiches, and mini pies. The possibilities are endless! The pan is high quality, very well made, and actually does not stick at all, unlike other supposed non-stick muffin top/bun pans. I am very glad I bought this pan and will be buying another. It does not fit in my Breville Smart IQ Toaster oven but it is worth the quality of baked product to turn on the bigger oven!

I love this pan. If you're looking at reducing carbs in your diet and want something where you can make individual quiches without a crust this pan works great. Just a quick spray of an aerosol oil product and the outcome is a pretty perfect portion quiche. I make these on Sunday morning for breakfast and have leftovers for breakfast or lunch during the week. Not only am I getting a tasty breakfast it produces an attractive portion. Start getting out all those quiche recipes and forget the crusts. You won't need them with this pan.

Just love love love these pans! I've been in the market for high quality, non-toxic bakeware. I know you're supposed to stay away from aluminum, so the fact that this is considered a good non-toxic option is a little beyond me--BUT supposedly "aluminized steel" is better/different?? I hope!? I've tried and tried to understand the science but for now, I am going to trust the folks that consider this way better than normal cheap-y bakeware. USA Pans continue to impress me time and time again-- so thick, sturdy, never any warping, and truly nonstick! Which, again, I thought that you never ever wanted anything nonstick so everything else I own is either glass/pure SS/clay/cast iron etc. But, hard to find "fun" bakeware in any of those materials. So, I gave in. I'm a paleo baking fanatic and just wanted some fun pans! Plus, not like they're in use every single day - more for treats. Love them all, can't wait to continue growing my collection. So far I've made peanut butter tarts (used Salted Plains Vegan Peanut Butter Pie recipe and divided between the wells..I think it made 4? Wasn't 6 though, I know that) and Paleo Key lime "cheesecakes." Both turned out beautifully and no sticking whatsoever! Would highly recommend this pan (and anything else from them, for that matter!)
