As advertised, the water really does bead up on the windows. I used 000 steel wool and cleaned the windows before using this. I did have to make sure the windows didn't have any mineral residue before using this.

I have used the traditional rain x for years and always enjoyed the product. I always cleaned my windows before applying. With this product there is no need for the preparation u just clean and protect in one easy step which I really enjoyed. It saves time and effort plus you get the same protection as the original. Overall I'm glad I bought this item and will continue using this particular brand of rain x as long as it is available. We had a hard rain last night just hours after applying this and as I looked to see how the product was working I was pleasantly surprised as every drop just rolled right off. This is a great product and also if applied to the inside of the windshield it protects from fogging as well. Very good product and priced right for my needs. This bottle would probably last a good year if you apply the product every couple months.

This stuff is amazing

I used this stuff one time on my shower a half year ago and it is still beading up water and easy to clean. I even tried scrub it off with comet, thinking I'll make the old shower glass a bit cleaner than months ago. I could not scrub it off with comet, it still beads up. if you use this stuff, you can be assured it will stay on a very long time, stuff not in the sun anyway. i would bet it takes sun light to wear this stuff out on what ever you put it on.

This works wonderfully! It’s easy to apply, cleans the glass well and provides a nice water resistant coating. I have used it on my car windows and glass shower doors. I recommend wiping well with a dry cloth after applying. I’m looking forward to trying it on my exterior house windows.

This product is amazing. I used it on all my windows, mirrors and shower glass. The mirrors in the bathroom don't fog as much and even though I still squeegee the shower glass every time it has less water droplets actually collecting and it dries faster. I notice the most benefit in the windows closest the pool. Four kids rough housing means the glass is usually spotted. My pool is literally 3 feet from my sliding glass door. (Yes, April in California means temps in the 80's and already many days of swimming.) In the past this was always a bit of a thorn in my side. Sigh. I wanted clean windows but having the kids outside getting exercise and having fun was obviously more important. Now I can have both. Yay! This is the longest they have stayed sparkling clean. I know it says is is a 2 in 1 cleaner/protector but I did not use this product as a stand alone. I actually cleaned the windows very well first and then used this product as a rain/water barrier. Spraying it on clean windows working the product around with one clean rag then polishing it to a shine with another.

TIME SAVER! Use for shower glass doors to help shed water spots and easier clean-up

Saw online this was good to help keep my glass shower doors from collecting water spots. Now after each shower door cleaning, I use this to help shed water. The doors still get spots but they seem a lot easier to clean now. For anyone who doesn't enjoy scrubbing shower stall doors, this is a time saver.

Use this on the inside as well. It makes your car windows so clear that they actually look transparent. One of my passengers was actually going to "stick their head out the window" because he thought that the window was open!!! ;) No joke.!

Great Product!

I must say this product is walking the talk, I promise your windows won't need to be clean more then maybe once a month after you use this baby. I even use it on my car and in my bathroom mirror! Will help to keep any class surface clean and neat.

best stuff on the market

finally arrived. not companys fault. ups messed up but company made it right. this is best cleaner i ever used. wish i bought several cans because i know im going to use it on my car my windows my stove mirrors. its hard to go back to windex once you use this stuff. gets glass so clean so fast and it lasts its like an invisable shield of protection.

It works!

I read where this is great to use on house windows outside...they stay clean longer. I have to say they do! Our picture window does not look dirty right after cleaning. I use this only on the outside but it works!
