Safe water, Save money, Help the Environment

We had this unit for 5 years. We had a plumber install it for about $150 under our kitchen sink. We have enjoyed the water and saved on all the bottled water we never buy anymore. The initial plumbing cost is far outweighed buy the money we have saved on bottled water and the safe water we have. No more chlorine smell or taste. After the five years it developed a leak. We were able to buy a new unit and easily replace it without a plumber. We are very happy with this purchase.

Great filters!

I have been using these for years and notice a huge difference in taste compared to tap. Had water tested in the house and had the guy test this water and it was lower in many of the chemicals like chlorine and chloramines.

Rescued From My Local Water

The local water in Southern California has a horrible taste. This superb filter works wonders. I easily get about 8 to 9 months of use out of them. I’m not at all mechanically inclined, but these filters are unbelievably easy to remove and install. Buy with confidence!

It's a water filter, it filters water...

I've had this dual stage filter for 12 years. Depending on usage I just change these two cartridges out once or twice a year. Very clean taste-free water.

Very Nice filters for kitchen use

I have been using this system and filters for over 3 years and the quality of the water is excellent. The filters are easy to install and replace.

Easy water filter

Have a special faucet at kitchen sink for filtered water. Mounts under sink. Lasts about 6 months. Much better than filter mounted on regular sink faucet which added length and made it tough to wash a large pot under it.

Work as advertised.

Connected correctly and filter the water as advertised. Be aware that new filters take at least a few hours and sometimes up to a couple days for all the air to pushed out of the filters and it work correctly. You must be patient. They will work correctly when the air has been pushed out.

Fresh, clean, convenient water for a good price.

We've been using this system for years. This water tap is mainly for drinking, cooking, coffee, ice tea, Camelbaks, and to refill the dog water. The filters make water clearer and taste 100% better. Maybe some of the owners are using the filters past the recommended date and/or gallon useage? We replace ours everytime we replace the filter on the fridge. It really depends on how much water your family uses. They last anywhere from 3 to 6 months for us. (Beats the heck out of going to the water&ice store with 5 gallon jugs.) I run the water for 5 minutes or so after replacing the filters to remove air and charcoal. I take samples in a clear glass until the water is crystal clear. I then test the water and I get perfect results on pH, chlorine, acidity, etc. The original tap was made out of plastic and didn't seal well on our sink. Get rid of it a.s.a.p. and upgrade to stainless steel to get a better tap and mounting system. Make sure you are putting the filters back in the correct order when replacing them. You get what you put into this system. It is not for everyone, but we have been getting a great return on our investment of time, money, and muscle. We live in a warm, dry, climate and thus probably use our filtered water more than others.
