The instructions are easy to follow and the yarn is wool and such nice bright colors. The projects are very nice. My 7 year old granddaughter loves finger crocheting and had no interest in learning how to use a crochet hook until she saw these projects and what was possible with a hook. Her desire to make the purse has supplied the motivation to learn how to make a chain and a single and double stitch which is all you need to know in order to make the projects. There is enough yarn for two projects.

Great for beginners!

Easy for me and my 7 year old daughter to learn to crochet. Came with everything you need to learn. Bought my daughter more yarn because she wanted to keep crocheting. Definitely recommend if you don't know how or need a refresher crocheting!

Nice for beginners

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She has expressed an interest in crocheting and since the women in my family have been crocheters for many generations. I thought I'd let her give it a try. I'll update when she is actually learning to crochet.
