I USE THIS STAPLES ON 47 SHEETS AND WORKS FINE

These staples only have 25 sheet capacity. It's clearly printed on the item I received but not on the photo advertised. I am disappointed as I bought this for the Swingline Stapler Optima 40. Yes, it works, but it won't maximize the utility of Optima 40. I will keep looking for something that's more fitting for Optima 40 and will greatly appreciated if someone can share what staples they use for Optima 40. UPDATE 10/10/2016 - With Optima 40 stapler (Swingline Stapler, Optima 40, Compact, Low Force, 40 Sheets, Black/Silver (S7087842)), I was able to staple 47 sheets without a problem, plus zero jamming. Not sure why this box claims 25 sheets only. Upgrading this product to a 5-star review.

When the recommended Rapid staples came I could not get one staple ...

Got these for a Rapid classic stapler when I discovered that the rapid staples would take a while to ship. I used over 3000 of these staples to staple coin folders without one staple having to be redone. Coin folders are by the way equivalent to two thin layers of cardboard. When the recommended Rapid staples came I could not get one staple to hold.

The best staples

I teach and hate the process of struggling with staplers and staple issues. These are such good staples that they make the whole process much easier. I would rather pay a little more and have it work the first time.

Great staples. Never jam

I have a Swingline electric stapler. It gets used heavily in my CPA office. I bought a box of 5,000 last May and I am almost out today, Dec 11th. No jams. They work great. I'll never buy another "standard" staple ever again. These are only a few cents more expensive but my time-savings from unjamming staples is worth much more!

A must if you have the Swingline Optima 20 Electric Stapler.

I have the Swingline Optima 20 Electric Stapler, 20 Sheet Capacity stapler but was having difficulty getting it to staple more than 10 pages and also with my stapler having staples get caught and not eject fully. After reading the reviews on the stapler, I realized that the problem was that the regular staples I was using were not long enough to go through more than 10 sheets of paper. I ordered these and the problem is completely solved!

These will not jam up

I am tired of the stapler jamming up. Someone recommended these to me. Since then I never have a problem. Simply the best staples. They are more expensive, but if you figure out the actual cost per staple, the cost is negligible. No reason to ever buy any other staple...unless these won’t fit your stapler!

Seem to work for us!!

I do cashiering at a taxi company daily. I use my Swingline electric stapler many many times every day and have always used these optima staples. The combo is pretty much jam free. On a couple of occasions my stapler went down and appeared to stick to the bottom! I unplugged and plugged in again and it lifted but there were several staples that had grouped in the front of the tray (on outside). After clearing them all was well again. It appears as if they had almost been magnetized. After I ran into that twice (after using unit for a year every day) I just check the front now and then for any staple accumulation and have not had another issue.

Yes, they do jam, but in my opinion much less than others I have used over the years. I am willing to pay a couple of bucks more if it saves me some of those horrible jams I have had in the past. I especially like the container, it is so sturdy! Too often someone (I can never find out who) breaks the hinge on the plastic container or rips the cardboard box that other staples come in and for months I have to struggle with staples wanting to spill out of their container.

Worth the money

You cannot go wrong with Swingline products. When you couple these staples with a swingline staple the changes of jams goes down dramatically. Don’t be swayed by cheap staples and staplers

Lightweight and staples a lot of paper together easily.

I bought a new stapler for our office staff after using their old cumbersome and heavy stapler at our business one day. These staples hold a lot of papers and the stapler is lightweight and barely requires any strength to push the staples in, even when stapling a lot of papers at once!
