Good quality tape. Can you find something a few cents cheaper? Probably. But this is electrical tape and it needs to have certain adhesion, stretch and durability qualities in order to do the job correctly in a wide range of temperature and humidity situations. My advice? Go with 3M quality and save your pennies somewhere else. Your home and your life just might depend on it!

SCOTCH ELECTRICAL TAPE lives up to its famous name for quality and versatility. Just be sure to store it in a dust-free container... because the strong adhesive on the unused roll attracts dust like a magnet. One of this tape's many cool characteristics is the way it stretches and conforms to the object that you're protecting...and the tape holds fast. It also likes to stick to itself, so be mindful when using it. Ha! Evidently this tape loves itself as much as customers love it. Amazing product!

Finally REAL electrical tape. Not the cheap sticky garbage that I keep ending up with from Walmart. So glad that I opted for the Scotch brand. Worth every penny when you are knee deep in a project. Every the heat does not "melt" the adhesive and the tape itself does not deteriorate.

Sticky and durable. Stretchy but not too stretchy. Easily wraps around my skinniest cables. I bought these to tape up some of my USB device cables that have started to fray from overuse, and it works perfectly. It even continues to stick to the USB cables I have in my truck and my SUV in Texas heat.

My vacuum cleaner cord is an automatic wind. If you wind the cord to fast it can cause some damage to the cord. This black electrical tape is a great way to cover any exposure of the wire. Increasing the use of my vacuum. Works great. Thanks.

The one and only. You can be cheaper, but not better. Highly recommend.

I bought this to repair to the family star ship. Allows me to enter warp drive by holding the bobit in the receiver socket. No longer pops out when I enter wrap drive. (It is just tape.....good ol scotch electrical tape....it is sticky).

What can I say. 3M makes the best stuff. Don't waste your time with cheap electrical tape from Harbor Freight or AutoZone, insist on 3M, it is the real stuff. The adhesive works well, the tape itself is thin and flexible, and it resists hardening and coming undone over time like a lot of cheap tape will do. This is a nice big roll at a great price, add it to your cart the next time you are buying something and you'll have a solid roll of quality electrical tape.
