I've been having tendonitis trouble (pain) in both elbows and decided to try, in addition to a number of other things, adding some collagen into my diet. Good, old-fashioned Knox gelatin is about the least expensive source of collagen to be found, so I tried it. While I can't say that it is a miracle cure, I can say that after about 6 weeks of taking this daily my elbows are much, much improved. I mix about 1.5 teaspoons into a glass of cal-mag fizz each night before bed and let it go to work. And it does seem to be working. So a little extra protein in the diet and less pain. A winner!

I've been reading so much about gelatin and when you get to be a certain age, or whenever it's always good to do something for your bones. I use this to make jello with no bad ingredients. I add organic juice and maybe a little coconut sugar. It satisfies a sweet tooth, at least mine, and mine is crazy sweet!

I'm using this to make my joints feel better and they do. I put about a table spoon in my ginger tea with coconut cream and it's delicious.

One teaspoon a day in a hot fluid for two and a half months and the reduction in back pain was noticeable. I had one ruptured disk and two bulging discs and was looking at surgery. Two years later and surgery has not been necessary! Knees feel better too!

Good for your joints and skin.

Great price at a bulk quantity. 5 times cheaper than the packets my wife has been buying from the supermarkets. I use a weekly to make fresh fruit jelly and comes out perfect. Will buy again .

I like to make my own gummy candies with real fruit juice and it takes a lot of gelatine so this huge pack is perfect for it. I Love Knox gelatine and use it all the time. It was getting pricey buying small boxes in the store, I was so glad when I found this. Great deal. A must buy if you are going to use large quantities of gelatine.

Same as Knox packets (container is HORRIBLE) Only complaint: I hate the container. It gets everywhere and is hard to close, esp once there are gelatin grains in the cap. And the plastic sleeve is sliding everywhere. I just poured it all into a glass jar bc it was easier and less messy. ***They need to bring back the cardboard container

It's gelatin. It's a lot of gelatin. Used to fine homebrew, works great and expect it will last at least 100 batches.

2 tsp mixed in hot cereal 3x/wk to help my knees. It works well. If I quit, the pain comes back. To use, put the dry gelatin into the bowl with the cereal, before adding any liquid. Add liquid, then quickly stir, to avoid the gelatin becoming clumpy. Then, cook the cereal. You'll want to use a bit more liquid than with plain cereal, because gelatin acts as a thickener.
