my 13 year old is loving it

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter 3 months ago, and she has been using it quite a bit. She designs and makes costumes, and was able to figure out how to use it without any help from me. She has made about 15 items on the machine, and it seems to be working very well for her, no complaints at all. I got her the gathering foot, and it will make small gathers, but not big bunchy ones, she uses the regular machine with manual gathering for that.

Perfect.

I wasn't aware that my machine came with one of these and I purchased another, but its good because I will keep it for a spare... It works just like its supposed to. You have to change the settings on your machine for this to work. Depending on how many ruffles you want and what kind of fabric your using the settings will be different, probably a good idea to write them down. There are videos on youtube to help you with the settings for this foot.

This is the best and easiest gathering foot I have ever used. Easy to put on. Easy to take off.
