If you're buying this you already know what it is and you have probably used one like it before. Pro's: 4 valve stem cores and the tool are together. I put mine in my ranch truck and Polaris Ranger 4 wheeler. We have a lot of thorny vegetation here in Texas so also keep a homemade tire repair kit with me at all times which consist of: - Slime 4-way valve tool kit with valve cores - Tire plugs with insertion tools - 12 volt air compressor - Extra tire goop. I use "Purple Goop". Slime doesn't seem to work as good as "Purple Goop".

This tool is a must have for those installing tires and tire components. The piece is cast aluminum, and therefore the surface finish is not perfect. This does not impede the function of this device, which works great. > The stub end with the slot cut is used to remove the old valve core > The pointed tip is used for threading damaged valve stems after the core is remove > The other threaded end is used for pulling/pushing the old valve stem out, or new one in > The barrel shaped end is the best option for installing the new valve stem. You thread the new on into this tool and pull hard to seat it.

This valve tool is great, easy to use, extremely easy to remove and replace valves. I was actually expecting it to be a little bit harder to remove the valve, since I was working on a large truck tire, but this tool make quick work of it, and it was easy to install the new valve as well. I was so happy they came with replacement valves as a nice bonus. The hardest thing I suppose with this tool is where to put it, hopefully you have a good place because the tool is quite small and would be extremely easy to loose. That isn't a negative, but keep it in mind.

Great little tool i keep in glove box so I always have with me mostly to help other people, this tool and some schrader valves to fix leaking valve stems. I bought tool to fix my own tire which somehow the post on valve was bent sideways I didnt use one of the included valves because car has TPS and aluminum stems but worth keeping for bikes, boat trailer or other stems.

Never changed valve before always bought new tube got pissed off bought new 19.00 dollar tube and it wouldnt take air after a while I remember this happened to me before so I did what my buddy showed me from 15 years ago and it worked !!!!$$$$!! I changed the valve it takes and holds air Im bike riding and loving it

Every long trip driver should have this in their kit. These 4 tiny valves you see are the ones that prevent the air from coming out. Sometimes they get loose since they are exposed to heat, dirt and grime, cold and most importantly, a constant rotation of tires. The rubber seam on valve will eventually become brittle due to weather elements and will chip off. If so, you get a leak in tires (which resembles flat tire symptoms but its actually not). All you need is to remove the whole valve using the driver (biggest piece in kit) and replace with the new one in the kit. Coz hey, who wants to change a leaky tire on side of freeway when the problem can be fixed in 15 seconds

Simple little kit that solved my problem. Well built and solid quality for replacement parts. After using this I was able to remove the valve, add green slime, and get the tube repaired for a few bucks. It’s been solid since the repair a few weeks ago.

this thing works great, this winter when one of my valves started to leak this tool took care of it easily, I took out the old shreoder valve and popped in a new one in under 30 seconds. its not a tool that gets used a lot around my place but saves a lot of headaches when I need it.

I bought this tool thinking that I would never use the extra valve cores. Well I bought a new bike stroller for my 1 year old and I've already used two of these since the ones that came on the trailer were garbage. I was very glad to have these around and that I got a good deal on them when I bought this tool. My visual inspection of the two valve cores is that these from slime are heavier duty and seem to be better quality. Most importantly they don't let air leak out like the ones that came on the trailer did.

Good deal and a must for lawn equipment when using Slime, even though the Slime product comes with a plastic valve core remover, I stripped the end on a stuck valve core. Luckily I ordered the metal tool when I ordered the gallon of Slime. Also the tool has a threaded bung to tap the valve core threads if needed.
