I'm an old man and don't care what anyone thinks.
I've come to the point in my life where comfort is supreme and I don't care what anyone thinks 99.99 percent of the time. Unless I'm going to a wedding or a funeral I wear these 24/7. I sleep in them. I've started carrying a man bag as they don't stay up real well with all the junk I like to carry around with me. My only complaint is that due to my big belly, it takes XL to fit the way I like and the legs drag the ground just a bit. No big deal. If I really cared I'd pay to have them tailored.

Love these - I have two of them
These are my favorite scrubs to wear. Unlike hospital scrubs, where I have no clue what body type they modeled them after, these actually fit me like normal pants (mostly). I'd say that they are certainly baggy. The are also a little long on me (5'10"). The quality is certainly good as well. I also enjoy the fact they have elastic bands around the waist so I don't *have* to tie the string to keep them on. Too many stories from people where their hospital scrubs literally dropped to the ground... Pros - fit well - almost looks like khakis - looks a little more "dressed up" than other colors - love the pockets, much better than hospital scrubs Cons - none

Cherokee Scrubs are the best for the price.
I’m a woman but I prefer mens scrub pants. They fit better because they actually go up all the way up to my waist; my butt crack doesn’t hang out when I bend over. Plus the elastic waist with a drawstring are quite adjustable, depending on how bloated I am after eating tacos in the hospital cafeteria. Cherokee scrubs are comfortable, made well, and resist fading and stains.

Better than Landau men's scrub pants
Landau pants are great. However, the size small is great for me at 5 foot 7 inches length wise but is much much too tight around the hips and waist at 175 pounds making it impossible to use proper body mechanics. The size medium fits better around the waist but the length seems to be a foot too long with a little exaggerating. There's no middle ground! And a costly or difficult hem is the only way to go. Until Cherokee scrub pants for men come with a medium short size! So if you're like me, 5 foot 7 or about that and somewhere between 170 and 200 lbs, you shouldn't be disappointed with the medium short size! There's even a pen pocket on the right side that I find amazing and the fly is great too! The small Landau pants fly was too small! I will never go back to Landau. Thank you, Cherokee!

I can look somewhat presentable at catering events and be comfortable in them in the heat of the kitchen
As a Chef, comfort and pocket space are paramount when choosing a pair of pants for abuse in the kitchen. Most Chef pants are baggy and do not come with as many pockets as these Cherokee Workwear Scrubs. As a somewhat straight legged cargo pant, I can look somewhat presentable at catering events and be comfortable in them in the heat of the kitchen. I'm a 6' tall male with 36-38 waist and a 30 leg length when buying pants for my personal life. Using the size chart, I ordered a Large size scrubs and they fit very well and are just a little long.. but that's okay. If you are a 31-33 length leg, these would fit you perfectly. I will definitely order these scrubs again in the future.

Perfect fit and perfect feel
I got these for my son. He’s 6’2, 180lbs and his pants size 34*36. The medium tall for both the top and bottom was perfect.

Would buy again
Shopping for clothes online is like playing the slots in Vegas. I usually have to return clothes and always have low expectations. I was looking for cargo style pants with an elastic waistband. These are not your basic scrubs. The cargo pockets add a bit of style. The size chart was accurate. I wear a 34-36 waist so I chose the L (34-37), and I could tell when I opened the package that these were a perfect fit. As for durability and wear, well, that remains to be seen; but a close examination revealed that these pants are well made. If they hold up, I'll gladly reorder. This item is an Amazon Choice so you can trust the quality and price.

I plan to buy more in the future, because I like them.
Side notes: The length is a bit long. I am 5'4" tall. I got the regular length. I prefer not to drag the cuffs on the ground, so I recommend the short length if you are debating between regular or short. It was easy to hem, and I could have returned for shorter length, so these still get a 5 star review. Light, comfortable, and they breath well. I am using them for woodworking and other generally dirty and rough work. Certainly they are not going to hold up like an $80 pair of double-front Carhartt pants, but I bought them for the lighter work where not over-heating in 100 degree weather is my primary concern. Again, they work well. I like the pockets. I like to keep many tools and parts on me as I walk around, climb ladders, and bend over to pick stuff up. They work really well for me, and I plan to buy more in the future.

The best scrubs pants. No doubt
I have been a nurse for 6 years now. I was a nurses assistant for 2 year prior to that. I work on my feet in a high pressure, fast moving ICU all day. I am super picky when it comes to my comfort at work. These pants are the best without a doubt. They are so comfortable. You honestly almost forget you are wearing them. The pants pictured are about a year old. They are still white (I don’t use bleach, only oxi clean) and they don’t show pen/pencil marks easily. As a average built, 5ft 9in male, 165-170 lbs. These pants fit just as advertised. I have tried many different brands, both more expensive and cheaper. I have had other brands rip on me, be too see through after several washes, pockets torn off, shrunk too small, or are just plain uncomfortable. These pants are none of those options. They might not be the cheapest option, but I can assure you they will last and be worth the 30 dollars. I purchased my first pair right out of nursing school and I still wear them. They still fit right! These pants are not too tight in the butt, crotch or thigh area. They have the right amount of pockets, are just the right length ( some other brands are too long, last thing you want is your pants dragging on the gross hospital floor), they are not transparent and I can wear whatever color underwear I choose. Please get these pants. They are definitely worth the investment. They will make your work day better. You won’t regret it. Trust me.
