• Tempered, high quality steel tape keeps its stability as it glides between surfaces for effective pushing and pulling of wire under carpets, through insulated walls and over suspended ceilings
  • 25-foot (7.62 m) length is perfect for short wire runs associated with light commercial, residential and voice-data-video-audio installations
  • No-snag plastic tip
  • High strength spring steel fish tapes are stiff for long runs and are great for heavy duty wire pulls
  • Descending laser etched markings in 1-foot (0.3 m) increments allow you to more accurately measure the length of conduit runs and determine the amount of tape left to pay out

Needed fish tape to snake sPOE cable thru 10+ ft of PVC pipe. I taped the end of the sPOE cable to the Klein steel fish tape and pushed it thru the pipe. Worked like a charm. The fish tape has lubricant on it but nothing messy. I highly recommend this Klein product to anyone looking to run cable thru PVC or metal conduit.

This is a really simple tool that when you need you need. I have used mine all over the house for sort wire runes and am very happy with the time it has saved me. This is not a professional quality snake so I would not expect real longevity on constant job sites, but for a home owner or occasional use it fits the bill.

I needed this to snake an HDMI cable and an optical cable through my wall. It was easy to use and rigid enough to get the job done. I was very happy. Not weeping and slow-clapping happy, but satisfied, nonetheless. What else do you need?

Rated this as a four-star because it seems to be a good quality product and arrived as expected. Only thing I don't like about it is the tip is bigger than the snake itself and I had to drill holes a little bit bigger to accommodate the tip. I wish the tip was a little bit smaller so I could of drilled smaller holes or at least holes a hair bigger than the actual snake itself.

I've now been able to do a number of projects I've been wanting to do like run all my AV wires behind the wall with ease. This tape is very durable and has taken a beating already and always returns to its original shape despite the twists I've put it through. WOuld buy again if I ever lost this one in a wall or something.

Good stuff. Used this to fish some ethernet cable through a particularly challenging and restricted area between joists in a ceiling. Flexibility is just right---rigid enough to get through what you need to get through, and then flexible enough that you can hook the end and make a tight 90 degree turn.

I used this to run a cable cord through my wall that was filled with fiberglass insulation. This was able to go through the insulation and get the cord where I needed to go without a lot of fuss. The end of the tool didn't seem quite the same as the one pictured, it was more flat with a hole in the middle. It worked fine for me since I just taped my cord to it, but if you need the end in the picture, be aware of that.

Item is as pictured and works great! I was an electrician for 9 years but just bought this to run security video camera lines through conduit on my house. This is perfect for home use. You really don't need anything longer than this for home use because you should have pull boxes installed around that range anyway. For an American made product you can't beat the price, China made stuff costs too much these days! You will be happy with this!

Needed to fish some TV cables through a fireplace mount down to the other side of the wall to the outlet. This thing did the trick, no problem. I was actually surprised it was so easy because the HDMI cable is had to fish through the tubing in my wall was so thick due to it’s length. I thought this fish tape might struggle through the curves in the tubing, but I had no issues as all.

I had a 100’ of this once and it was awful. It was a nightmare to pull out and to reel back in. This 25’ is so much better! Mine DID have the plastic tip on the end.
