Vitamins are important.

The medical establishment seems to be hellbent on preaching that vitamin supplementation is useless for us and that all of our vitamins can be obtained from a balanced diet. However the fact is everyone is busy these days and it is not possible to have a diet based on loads of fruits and vegetables. Centrum Silver is perfect for vitamin supplementation and to optimize health. It is targeted for people over 55 but anyone can take it without any side effects. The price is not the best but the subscribe and save option brings it down.

Nephrologist says these have to many supplements in it I don't need but, I stopped taking them for about a year and took what he wanted to take and my energy level hit the floor. I'm Back!!!

I hit the gym four times a week and this is just fine for a multivitamin. You only take one a day, not like some of those "fitness vitamins" that require three to four a day. That's just neon urine going down the toilet...

86 Years Old And Feeling Good

My Dad LOVES these vitamins. He said Centrum Silver vitamins give him a feeling of good overall health. He simply feels better and will not miss taking them for even one day! He's been taking Centrum Silver for more than two years. Dad is 86 years old.

Works for me

I had not had what I would call good experiences with multi-vitamins, until I started using this product about four years ago. I was able to feel a difference in my overall well being after a few weeks. That is why I am still using Centrium.
