One of the Best Toys I've Bought my Son
My son LOVES this toy! He "rides" the pony several times a day. He probably spends over an hour on it giggling & bouncing. I could not be any happier! It is made of good quality materials & was very easy to asemble. We had it together in about 10mins (at most). I highly recommend this toy for any child, especially if they are rambunctious!

Gets used daily!
Our 2-year old LOVES this rocking horse, literally uses it daily. It was extremely easy to assemble. The mouth moves and sings along with the song playing from the horse. The battery pack comes with generic batteries that ran out quickly after a couple days, so have some AA batteries on had to replace. The horse allows our daughter to rock back and forth, as well as jump up and down. She is relatively small, so we are still on the small setting. Overall, this is a great toy for the price.

Great rocking horse
Very cute rocking horse. Assembly is a pain in the butt, but it is worth getting it together. Not that the instructions are difficult, that is very straightforward. It is physically hard to put it together because you have to stretch the rubber pieces in order to get the plastic frame together. There are three ways to assemble this and I have assembled it two of the ways. The first way is for very small children who need to be supported on the horse; since my children are bigger, I didn't put the support on it. The second way, it becomes a rocking and bouncing horse. I prefer it this way because my son seems to enjoy rocking and bouncing. Plus, he is able to have his feet on the ground for support (he is almost 36"). The third way, is just a spring bounce horse. It is much higher, so he struggles to get on it. Once he is on it, he can bounce and loves it. The sound effects and songs the horse sings are fun and catchy. And of course the horse's mouth moving while he talks and sings is a nice touch as well. Even though this gift was not intended for my almost 4 year old, she enjoys playing with it also. Great purchase!

Love it! And so does my son
I love this thing and so does my son. He uses it as a rocket. He's about 15months. Never been on one and new exactly what to do when he got on it. Didn't need the support rail so we took it off. Love the face it will grow with him. The talking effect is a plus because when he presses the ears he gets excited and starts jumping/rocking even harder. Good quality and I would recommend to others.

Pony and Tek Nek Company Rock!
I just wanted to share my experience with this pony and with Tek Nek. We've had this pony for almost a year, we purchased as a Christmas present last year for our then 15 month old son. Our son loves this pony, and is one of only a few toys that he has never lost interest in. Like another reviewer, I too had concerns with the durability of the pony's ears, since that's how my son activated the talking and singing, by yanking HARD on both the pony's ears. I can report, that almost a year later, though the ears are a little mishappen and no longer stand up, there is not one rip or popped seam! That being said, we did end up having an issue with part of the frame on the base of the pony. Approximately 4-5 months after we converted the frame to the "big boy" setting, I noticed that the knobs on the inner frame pieces where the rubber bands attach started to pull inward from the force of the bands. The knobs eventually split at the base and tore halfway off. I went to the Tek Nek website to try to find where I could purchase replacement parts for the two inner frame pieces, but had no luck. I then sent an email to Tek Nek from their website explaining the problem and how much it would cost to buy the replacement parts I needed. Well, I can tell you how surprised and thrilled I was that not only did I receive a response to my email within a few hours, but was told that if I gave them my shipping address, they would send me the parts I needed for no additional charge. After giving my address, I received the replacement parts in just a few days. Thanks Tek Nek for a great product and outstanding customer service!

Wonderful!
Ordered this for our 6-month-old grandson, and we love it! (Years ago, we had for our son a Fisher Price bouncy/rocking horse; this was the closest I could find to that.) The baby already likes to sit in the seat...and loved listening to the pony talk! Hubby and I were also impressed that pony moves its mouth!) It's nice that we have two more stages as baby grows...we assume he'll enjoy for years!

Lots of fun!
Assembly was relatively easy, although I needed an extra set of hands to get the frame to stay together during assembly. Only 2 things I don't like: The first is now that my child is old enough to not need the safety seat, there is an exposed hole where the screw secured the seat onto the horse. It would be nice if there was some kind of cover that could be screwed into the hole - maybe they think something like that would be a choking hazard? The other is that the battery box is very obvious and sticks out on the back of the horse's neck. When we first bought it for her a year ago I was worried she would get to bouncing or rocking too hard and hit her face on it. It is covered by fabric, but no padding. Luckily we have had no problems, she is now 19 months old and loves rocking and bouncing - and making the song play over and over and over. Update 2015- We have had the horse almost 2 years now and 2 1/2 year old still likes it. It has held up well, doesn't look worn at all, both ears still work (how I wish there was more than one song) and the galloping sound still works when you hit it on the head. Only bad thing is that she is getting to tall for the rocking side and I need to turn it over, but I remember what a hassle it was to put it together the first time and I'm not looking forward to doing it again.

My grandson loves it!!!
I was a little leery of this toy with the reviews left, but I knew I could always return it if I was unhappy with it, so what the heck. It took about 15 min to put together. There are 2 sets of screws (different sizes) used to put this toy together. I made the mistake of using the smaller screws in the wrong place. Bigger screws go into the end of the dowels to hold the springs next to the dowels. Smaller screws go in top of dowel by horse to keep the dowels from turning. After that, he was bouncing and rocking away. Great toy!

15 month old twins love this!
Our grandchildren love this! 15 months old and they love the bouncing and rocking together. Very simple to put together, but you will need 2 people to complete the base- it takes a bit of muscle. High quality, and seems sturdy and safe. I wish there was a turn off switch for the singing and talking as this can get annoying after a while. There is a hole for the screw if you are using the plastic seat for littler infants- but if you are not using it, it leaves a hole right above his tail. Wish there was a cap or something that can cover this up so the toddlers would quit sticking their fingers and toys into it.

Perfect Size for Toddlers!
We found Lucky at a church yard sale and our child loved him, but Lucky was a little too big for his age. Legacy I can leave on the floor and he can climb on and off safely whenever he wants. He absolutely loves it! I don't fully love the way the frame assembles. My son can pretty easily pop the frame about and it takes a decent bit of strength to pull it back together (it's tension pressure). In one week, I've reassembled it at least once a day and.....As I'm typing this, he just popped it apart again :( I wish that part worked differently, but the actual riding feature is awesome!
