I'm a Mobile Auto Mechanic and I have been searching for a good quality Knee pad especially one this big. This pad has exceeded all expectations. Very comfortable and durable. Trust me I am putting this thing through hell everyday! Update: It has been 20 months of Hard Daily use with the mat subject to mud, gravel, water, coolant, oil, brake fluid, welding slag, snow, ice, hot sun, and my 6'2" 200 pound self kneeling on it!! Amazing durability worth every penny and my knees do not hurt anymore - at all!! The only chemical that I have found has a reaction with the mat is Brake Clean, it will cause pitting. UPDATE: It has been five hard and i mean EXTREME DUTY wear on this pad and it has held up. The handle part —which really is not a necessary feature and I wish it wasn't there—has torn but it was my fault as the mat was partially under a car tire and I pulled it free ripping the handle area.

Being a senior my knees aren't what they used to be so I looked into quite a few of these knee pads and found this little gem. The size is perfect. The price is excellent. I would give this product ten stars for all the relief my knees enjoy from use in the patio, garden, kitchen or anywhere you need to get down. I need to purchase a second pad because my wife keeps borrowing mine. My highest recommendation!

I use this kneeling mat almost daily as an hvac technician. It is more comfortable and better quality than the cheaper "foam" alternatives. I am able to kneel for a longer period of time while working on hard surfaces.

Great for my knees, much better than my 6-year old free poly-foam pad that bottomed out to hard surface. This is made of a black tough cushy rubber type product, It's 1" thickness is thick enough. I'm a 70 year old Idaho rancher, I'm on my knees often working on equipment, loading our wood stove, crawling under buildings or just fixin stuff. With several past knee surgeries and age, my knees are more sensitive to hard surfaces and pressure than they used to be. Some times I use strap on knee pads for long belly crawls fixing plumbing, strap on knee pads still have their use, but are hard to keep in place and take time to put on. I use my new 380 pad more often because it is in hand, quick to lay down, and very comfortable. It's 1" thickness doesn't bottom out from my 210 Lb. knee pressure. I have used this over a month and really like it. So far I have not had trouble with rodents, birds, squirrels, or my other little ranch buddy's chewing it up for nesting like they did with my old poly foam pad. I put off buying it last year because I didn't want to pay 30 bucks. I recommend this if your on your knees at all, I think it would be a good butt pad for watching school football games from cold, hard metal bleachers this fall. I found zero fault with this product, quick S&H too, buy it!

This is the 4th one I’ve bought, both large & smaller pads... these are SOOO much better than Gorilla brand etc, & I’ve been a contractor for 20 yrs...I can’t stand having everything in black in my van, needed a color to find them easily. I will keep buying these & won’t waste any time trying to find similar to save a few bucks, worth every penny if you care about your knees!!

If you've got to kneel down then this is the pad for you. The most rugged and comfortable pad I've ever come across. It's pricey but none of the quality pads are cheep. I have only owned, at most, four other different pads and they were all purchased at retail stores. None were really inexpensive. Rather than working my way up through a myrad of less expensive pads I decided, based on other reviews, to throw fiscal concerns to the wind and splurge on this pad. Have not regretted the decision. When there is a need for the wife and I to simultaneously be on our knees, guess who's ready to fight me for this pad. Sorry to say, I usually loose. I didn't mention that I am a very big guy and this pad still gives me long time comfort while kneeling. Highly recommended if you can afford it.

My husband uses this all over the yard when gardening or working on the sprinklers, all around the RV when we go camping and he even got a 2nd pad for work since he is always on the ground doing something. In addition to his knee pads or without, this is a great pad that helps save his old man knees.

Most of the kneeling pads are smaller in size which makes it hard to move around much without leaving the pad itself. This pad covers more area which takes care of that issue. It’s wearing well so far.

I'm an Abrams tank mechanic and when disconnecting hydraulic lines over an engine that is over 400 degrees Fahrenheit it's tough. This pad allows me to place it on top of the engine and do what I need to do whether is disconnecting or reconnecting. I've used it several times and I love it.

Pros: I thought that this kneeling pad was bulky, but it's actually very thin (approximately one-inch in thickness). I have been using it for stretching purposes, and it has kept its form. I like it because it's small and durable. You can fit it under your couch or closet without taking up much space. I would purchase this item again. Cons: none.
